It's rare that I feel like yelp reviews let me down, so I feel compelled to share. Booked at this place based on the five star reviews but did not receive five star service. 9am appointment started off poorly when they called to say they were running ten minutes late, so I waited in the parking lot. For a 9am appointment, you would expect them to be there before 9am getting ready? Unfortunately, it only got worse from there. The lash tint and lift were both a disaster! The tint was non-existent, blonde lashes were just as blonde as ever - and the curl in the lift was so extreme that eyelash tips are now touching the eyelid - looks awful! Hoping it will wear off asap. Lashes are literally bent back on themselves in a near complete circle. Have had this service many times and never as poorly as this service. read more

Tatiana is a master at her craft. I started seeing her for my eyebrow shaping and color a few months ago. She maintains the thickness and was able to create the perfect contrast with the brow.
