Annie, the "estimator" came to my house to look at the tile that was cracking and measure the area for tile and carpet. She told me that my tile was cracking because the tile was installed incorrectly over the radiant heating. Long story short... they showed up, replaced the carpet and tile, removed my radiant heating, and cut off the wiring for the radiant heating to the wall without my permission. They failed to include a new radiant heating in the bid, and somehow that was my fault... I was specifically told after the fact that Annie, the "Tahoe SPECIALTY FLOORING" estimator wouldn't have known enough to have a conversation about radiant heating, so I must have made the whole thing up. They offered me $200 off of my $7,500+ bill. So I'm stuck with a large bill, a squeeky tile floor, and no radiant heating. I wish I would have just left the cracking tile and warm floor. Next time, I will be bringing a bay area contractor there that I can trust. I should have trusted all of the other bad reviews of this company. You are not specialists. You are con artists.

I am also a master-carpenter and have been constructing fine wood pieces for more than forty years. Greg designed, built and installed all of the cabinets for my kitchen and they are incredible. At the end we got a beautiful kitchen that seriously increased our property value. He can custom design and build you a beautiful set of cabinets, and he can do it for less than the Depot of Lowes. And when he builds them you aren't restricted by the standard sizes of the premanufactured components that all of the cabinet manufactures make, because he'll build the custom sizes you need. I'm building another home in Kona and I'm going to give my plans to Greg so that he can help me design my kitchen then build my cabinets for me. I'd rather have Greg build my cabinets and pay the cost of shipping them to Hawaii than settle for the generic cabinets I could buy there from the Depot or Lowes.
