Fitting ourselves into this new space has been daunting, but Lisa has made is happen quicker, easier, and better than doing it solo. Working with Lisa is wonderful. A Bee Organized employee came to my home and confirmed that the baskets are missing. Despite this verification, Megan at Bee Organized has refused to issue a refund and informed me that the case is "closed." Charging a client for products that are not in their home -- even after confirming they are missing -- is unacceptable. I made multiple attempts to resolve this directly and professionally, but the company has refused to take responsibility. I would strongly caution anyone considering Bee Organized to carefully review all charges and inventory before making final payment.
