As I don't think it's my job to switch my membership over when they changed systems I told them I'd wait until they could do it themselves. When I told the girl my preferred arm she gasped and said your veins are so tiny. She then requested to use the other arm because she couldn't find the vein in my preferred arm. She then stabbed my arm and missed the vein. She tried to wiggle the needle around in my arm (it feels as awful as it sounds) and then said oh nope this one won't take. I then politely told her I was done and wanted to leave. She didn't nor see me experience or capable of finding my veins ... which was not reassuring. I do have small veins but I've never had an issue like this before. On top of feeling sick I wasted time figuring out their new system only for them to be unable and unqualified to give me an IV. I was then schedule for a date and time available. Later I checked the website to inquire dates available for a hydro colonic as a returning client. I saw that the office would be closed due to the Labor Day holiday. Which included the the the date my IV drip was scheduled?... the scheduled date that I was assigned. I sent a email to inquire and was told they will be close so my appt is canceled. Once again I was given the excuse of a "system error" and " I don't know how you were able to book that appt". Mistake happen however as a business is is your responsibility to ensure the information on your website is accurate and is functioning accordingly. Instead of taking accountability, I was told "mistakes happen". Unacceptable. I'm conflicted because my hydro colonic experience as you can see below has always been amazing. But I may have to take my business else where.
