I have started getting drips due to my travel schedule. Being hydrated is so important when you are traveling. I schedule the mobile drips . . . which take about 35-45 minutes. Bounce literally comes to your home, you get into the van (which is very comfortable with plush leather chairs) and set you up. Michelle has been pleasant to do business with and has been very good about my schedule changes (36-48 hours in advance). I joined the "club" and I now drip bi-weekly, which is basically a Buy 1 Get 1. I custom blend my drip. C, B-12, Zinc and Magnesium. The Magnesium will make some people sleepy. So plan accordingly. I suffer from a digestive autoimmune disorder and have been feeling extremely sick for sometime. With my condition, nutrients are unable to absorb fully, so usually my vitamin and mineral levels are a bit low. I was happy to find this business and the fact that they come to you. However, I live outside of Beltway 8 and didn't realize I was too far out for a home session; I would have to drive closer to Beltway 8 for treatment. Instead, they still offered to come to my home AND waived the travel fee. I thought that was very nice. Especially since I was so weak, I wouldn't have been able to drive that day. Anyways, Erica was my RN and was extremely nice and I felt at ease with her immediately. I appreciated the fact that she explained the various drips I could try with my condition and also explained what each vitamin/mineral did and the benefits it provided, each time she added to my IV. I was a little groggy afterwards, however after a good nights sleep, I felt great! I'm not 100% after one visit, BUT i do notice a difference in energy and overall feeling healthier. I highly recommend this service!!! I woke up very hungover from a bit too much of the wrong kind of champagne and couldn't keep anything down, not even water. Bounce was able to get me in within an hour or 2, and I had the sweetest, most empathetic and non judgmental nurse who made me feel so comfortable and supported. I called for an IV. I explained I had a migraine and then wound up getting an IV earlier but still feel bad. The guy that came James didn't feel comfortable with giving me another IV but said the next day would be fine. So they canceled my appointment via email. I called with no answer. Funny as I called with my work number no answer and Katherine called right back. I was told that they canceled it as they are not a medical provider and that's a lot of fluids. It's really not a lot of fluids and it had been more than 24 hours nonetheless that was very unprofessional to cancel and not communicate that to me nor answer my phone calls. She was in a huge hurry to get me off the phone. Just makes me feel like this place was a scam. Why did she not call my my cell phone? But a new number she did? Also before the guy James came out I was asking him If I can become a member. He said " no not until you buy the first bag". We are a startup and every dollar counts. But over the phone Katherine told me I could become a member right away. Another thing that seemed weird is when I was deciding on what drip I wanted and before James was aware I had another bag 6 hours earlier (guess the message didn't get to him), he hesitated to admit that he substituted glutathione for whatever was in the Gwyneth drip but it just felt weird as I was asking a lot of questions and I did t seemed to get clear answers.
