    I will not be a returning customer after the way i was treated. I booked this girl last year for my friends baby shower & paid her cash when she came & dropped everything off. This time when i went to book her it was for MY gender reveal and i had texted her may 31 to book for end of July. She took 3 days to respond to me but, we agreed on a date & price. She sent me the invoice but with no amount of deposit i was supposed to send. I texted her 4x and got no response for a long time until she finally responded that she booked my date. I will not be booking this girl again she does business like a little child & she's extremely immature. I don't know why someone would treat a returning customer like this but i guess she just ignores her customers and then books the date they wanted out after ignoring them. TERRIBLE BUSINESS PRACTICES RUN BY A YOUNG GIRL = RECIPE FOR DISASTER.

    I am so glad I found Briana! I was planning a bridal shower out of town and needed someone to deliver. Briana not only was extremely friendly but the chair and arch I rented were beautiful!! It was the easiest business I've done in a long time. Without her help, my set up would not have been what it was!! If you're looking for rentals for an event she is your girl!

    Briana was amazing and so sweet. I rented three different items from her and they were perfect for my baby shower. She has many options available and offers delivery as well. The communication was easy and she was quick to reply to all my questions. I highly recommend this business and will definitely be a returning customer.

    I found BZ rentals on Yelp when looking to rent a wicker chair. Im in Rosemead & I didn't come across or know where else to rent a wicker chair that was local/near me. Through Yelp I saw Briana had a website & all these wonderful beautiful pieces to rent. I reached out to her & communication was quick & easy via phone & text. She's very professional with her detailed clear invoices, instructions, communication, & website! She's super friendly, personable, & accommodating when I asked to change the drop off of the items to an earlier time. I ended up renting more than the wicker chair & look forward to using her again in the future! I highly recommend her! Her stuff is beautiful & prices are reasonable!

    As a party stylist/ balloon artist I am very selective with the vendors I work with closely, Brianna and I met about a year ago and have worked and collaborated in a few events together and I can say she's EXTREMELY friendly, responsible, organized, reliable and creative! I am so lucky to have her as a friendor in this industry! Her inventory is one of a kind and the love she has for her unique peacock chairs is amazing she's definitely the queen of boho.

Very little parking and the back leads into an alley way. There was a lot of guests so we were told to park in the residential area which had sketchy surroundings when walking back towards the event space. When we entered the space, it felt like an open layout house. Fairly modern design. Useful space. Two restrooms for guests. There was a small connecting area with a fridge for storage. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. Needs to be replaced. The AC was very cold on a 67 degree day. Two stars docked for the limited parking. inconvenience and the odd location in a commercial/residential zoned area.

    Although Brinderson Hall/Hacienda San Cristobal Hall is a large venue, I would not recommend…read morebooking here after the experience we had during my daughter's quinceañera this past March 2026. First, the coordinator, Antonio, did not honor an agreement we had regarding services/items that were supposed to be provided during the event. Afterward, he claimed the items had been stolen while fueling their company van at a gas station, yet nobody informed us the day of the event, apologized, or offered any alternative solution. I later sent him a respectful message on 03/27/26 asking how he planned to resolve the issue, and he completely ignored my text and never responded. Second, the venue changed our linens and décor without consulting my daughter or me. We were later told the original linens we selected were unavailable, but nobody bothered to communicate that beforehand. Third, the venue's breaker kept going out during the event, causing the DJ's music and lighting to shut off THREE separate times, which was embarrassing and disruptive. Fourth, despite security being present, some of my significant other's camera equipment was stolen during the event. Lastly, my deposit was supposed to be returned within two weeks according to the contract, yet over three weeks passed and I still had not received it until I personally followed up and asked for it. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and organization turned what should have been a beautiful celebration into a stressful and disappointing experience. Please make sure EVERYTHING is documented in writing if you decide to book here.

    If I could give zero stars I would. Ben was hired for my daughters Quince. I didn't want to have to…read moreworry about anything on this special day. In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues * Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost. *Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens. *Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them! * After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. Now after 6pm he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours to finish setting up. Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing. * After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time and I would be out even more money. * Some of my guest also commented that while he was setting up he was helping himself to alcohol! Very unprofessional. * When I spoke to Ben about these issues and let him know I felt I was entitled to some sort of a refund for all of these issues, as others have mentioned her became very defensive and refused and said sue me. He told me I was very ungrateful and was down right rude. He is definitely very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do not risk your precious event and day with this company, you will definitely regret it.

    My fiance found Ben at a bridal show and was so surprised by his package options, we were certain…read morethat it was too good to be true. We decided to use his services for an intimate engagement party and we now have him booked for the big day. He was very polite and punctual. He discussed all matters with us prior to and he came through on all of his promises. He was very patient with our guests and held his crew to the same standard he held himself. I never once had to ask him get something done because he was always one step ahead. Looking forward to working with him again.
