But I never expected to have such a beautiful experience.. Lianna is very professional and talented.. she made us feel welcome and just overall treated us like we had known each other for years. She helped us make our dream come true by always answering all my questions, assisting in connecting us with great vendors, and just overall being there.. I have friends currently planning their daughters quinces and hearing their awful experiences with their venues/ venue coordinator definitely makes me feel lucky to have had the best experience!! Our event was scheduled for June 21 2025, and Ismaella failed to inform me that her venue was shutting down until only 10 days before the event. Ten days before such an important milestone is unacceptable. She did attempt to find an alternative location at the last minute, but it was nowhere near accommodating for my family. Despite how devastating this was, I gave her grace and understanding, knowing the closure was out of her control. Ismaella told me she would refund the $2,000 I had already paid. However, after months of zero communication, I still have not received my refund nor any follow-up. Being understanding was met with silence. This experience caused unnecessary stress, heartbreak, and financial loss during what should have been a joyful time for my daughter. I would not recommend based on the lack of professionalism, accountability, and follow-through. Ismaella, contact me to do the right thing and return what is rightfully ours $2,000!!!!

Very little parking and the back leads into an alley way. There was a lot of guests so we were told to park in the residential area which had sketchy surroundings when walking back towards the event space. When we entered the space, it felt like an open layout house. Fairly modern design. Useful space. Two restrooms for guests. There was a small connecting area with a fridge for storage. The next room over was perfect for a small play bouncer. No kitchen area. The catering company all had to set up outside in the already limited parking lot area. The pavement was in ruin. Needs to be replaced. The AC was very cold on a 67 degree day. Two stars docked for the limited parking. inconvenience and the odd location in a commercial/residential zoned area.

First, the coordinator, Antonio, did not honor an agreement we had regarding services/items that were supposed to be provided during the event. Afterward, he claimed the items had been stolen while fueling their company van at a gas station, yet nobody informed us the day of the event, apologized, or offered any alternative solution. I later sent him a respectful message on 03/27/26 asking how he planned to resolve the issue, and he completely ignored my text and never responded. Second, the venue changed our linens and décor without consulting my daughter or me. We were later told the original linens we selected were unavailable, but nobody bothered to communicate that beforehand. Third, the venue's breaker kept going out during the event, causing the DJ's music and lighting to shut off THREE separate times, which was embarrassing and disruptive. Fourth, despite security being present, some of my significant other's camera equipment was stolen during the event. Lastly, my deposit was supposed to be returned within two weeks according to the contract, yet over three weeks passed and I still had not received it until I personally followed up and asked for it. Overall, the lack of professionalism, communication, accountability, and organization turned what should have been a beautiful celebration into a stressful and disappointing experience. Please make sure EVERYTHING is documented in writing if you decide to book here.

They are super friendly and every Friday night they have some sorta party and dance class or show. One day I will take a class, but I was mostly updating this mall and connecting all the shops to the mall. It is surprising that at some of the lesser known malls, many stores are not attached to the mall or even listed properly. I also try to keep Google maps updated. If I could give zero stars I would. Ben was hired for my daughters Quince. I didn't want to have to…read moreworry about anything on this special day. In Aug of 2017 I hired LUXE for my event the in July 2018. Below are a few of the issues * Ben said he had other events at this venue, so he would take care of the bartending, no issues. 3 days before the event he told me he couldn't get the license for the event to bartend. He thought he could get by without having the proper ABC license at a city community center? Really? We had to scramble and purchase the alcohol ourselves and then hire a separate bartender. The plan was to have a closed bar. So this caused a lot of issues and additions cost. *Ben was paid an extra fee for "special linens" for the cake,m gift and coffee tables. These were supposed to be above and beyond standard to make it look really nice. What I got instead was cheap white polyester linens. *Ben was also paid extra for a backdrop for the cake and main court table. He didn't supply the backdrop for the cake table at all, and the one he used for the main table looked awful. Bars and other items laying in the back showed up in all of our pictures, ruining them! * After going thru the venue details, Ben said he only needed an hour to prep everything before the start of the event. He then stated if he could get an extra 15 minutes it would help him out. So I paid for an extra 30 minutes to the hall. My event started at 5pm. Now after 6pm he still wasn't done setting up. It took him 2.5 hours to finish setting up. Family and friends starting helping putting linens, center pieces, and plates on the tables to help out. This was quite embarrassing. * After the event was over we had a few hours to get the facility cleaned up. If it was not done in time, I would lose my deposit. Of course this was no skin off of his back. I had to stay and have family and friends assist with the clean up otherwise this company never would have been done in time and I would be out even more money. * Some of my guest also commented that while he was setting up he was helping himself to alcohol! Very unprofessional. * When I spoke to Ben about these issues and let him know I felt I was entitled to some sort of a refund for all of these issues, as others have mentioned her became very defensive and refused and said sue me. He told me I was very ungrateful and was down right rude. He is definitely very unorganized and very unprofessional. Do not risk your precious event and day with this company, you will definitely regret it.

We decided to use his services for an intimate engagement party and we now have him booked for the big day. He was very polite and punctual. He discussed all matters with us prior to and he came through on all of his promises. He was very patient with our guests and held his crew to the same standard he held himself. I never once had to ask him get something done because he was always one step ahead. Looking forward to working with him again.
