There was a question about the amount due while I was having my event so I think there was a lack of organization and communication between the tech and the owner of the booth. I never received my downloadable gallery either as advertised and it's been over a week. I would not recommend this photo booth and was overall disappointed.

So I headed to yelp, given the fact that j had such high ratings and seemed to be a legit professional business, I figured it would be much more, but I got 72 chairs, 9 tables and a cocktail table for $179. I was very happy with that, I did the side by side per table and chair with the other guy and it came out almost exactly the same! Plus they dropped off the tables the day before! I was able to set up in advance which was a huge plus for me. They picked up the day after the party, giving plenty of time for us to clean up! We will definitely be recommending to friends!

However, some of the umbrellas were noticeably crooked and the workers setting up couldn't really do much about it, it may be worth getting new umbrellas or new hardware. I paid for early set up between 8am-12pm and they arrived at around 11:30am. I along with others were ready to set up tableware and decor at 8am but couldn't start until much later because of their late arrival. The workers setting up were amazing, but we had to help with setup to expedite our decor setup because of it, even though I had paid extra for setup as well. Additionally, they originally brought a few incorrect items/forgotten some and had to go back to the warehouse to retrieve them. I was worried about this since my friend had hired them a couple weeks prior when they promised to bring items for her. When they didn't show up, she called multiple times, left messages on their after hours/weekend line and no one got back to her and left her to come up with her own solutions at extra costs. Additionally, the administrative team didn't fully address the issue and stated she didn't contact them, even though she has all of the call logs. I felt it was handled poorly. When I asked for a responsive after hours line/number, they provided me with their normal business line and I felt really nervous about a potentially similar situation. In the end, the worker John who took care of rental drop offs/setup called and texted us from his personal number which was incredibly helpful and kind. I think in future they should definitely have a designated on-call person to take care of mishaps since most events happen outside of their office hours.

They responded back quickly to get my business but only to cancel at the last minute. I was concerned when they kept messing up the details of the drop off and pick up, but things seemed to be cleared up that morning and we were good. But 16 minutes before they were due to drop off the tables and chairs for my son's birthday party, I received a text (not a call) that they wouldn't be able to make it for my order (see attached screenshot). I couldn't believe it! It was my son's 10th birthday party, he was so excited about being double digits, we had almost 70 people coming, and I had no tables and chairs!!! I tried calling them to see if someone could at least drive chairs to me , but they didn't answer my call. I then called Joaquin who wasn't even aware of the situation. I was hoping it was a terrible misunderstanding, but he texted (not called me back) that they wouldn't make it because of mechanical issues. He said that he'd see if he could find someone else to help but he never contacted me back either way. It was 3:30pm and my son's party started at 4:30pm and all they could say was sorry for your inconvenience. On top of that, he didn't even refund my deposit right away. I had to request it back that night. That should've been immediately done. We had to buy chairs and tables from Home Depot and we still weren't able to get enough for people to have a place to sit. I was late setting up and it was hard to get set up and greet my guests. It was awful!!! And all they could say was "sorry for the inconvenience ". It was beyond inconvenience. As someone who doesn't really drink, the signature drinks came out amazing and not overwhelming. They also rent chairs & tables so it was nice to book everything at once which was still very affordable. I would highly recommend them to anyone.
