I have gone to this salon numerous times. Every time I've had a wonderful experience. I always go to Cari, she's very flexible with times and is so so sweet. I went and had another full set done today, the lashes look amazing! I'm always pleased with the services that are done. The store owner was also there when I was getting my lashes done, she was very nice and super funny. I'm normally self conscious but Cari has never once made me feel anxious or insecure. I will continue to come back to this location. They take great care of me every time. I told Cari that I only wear glasses, no contacts, and I want to be comfortable with them on. So we figured out exactly what was good for me. The first 10-15 minutes of my first appointment, we went over everything, made sure that any question I had was answered, and we talked about what goes on during the process. Burning is typically normal because of the adhesive but they have things that make it better. Durinthe apportionment they check up on how you're feeling and if you have any burning. If you do make sure you tell them and then they can help ya out. Absolutely no complaints and I would tell anybody who is considering going here, do it! The extensions add so much confidence and it's so easy to keep up with! Make sure you take care of them, using the solution that they sell, they give you brushes and it feels so nice to brush through them with the foam stuff that they have! read more

I had a set of "volume" lashes installed about two weeks ago. They've held up decently, I have probably half of them left. Now to the not-so-good. While I booked with the shop owner, she was unavailable and someone else performed the service. I was not notified of this change ahead of my appointment. During the service, she was chatting with another person about a different job she was trying to get. I wear glasses 100% of my waking hours, and l mentioned that immediately. The tech used really LONG lashes--without consulting me or acknowledging that I came IN wearing glasses. The owner's solution? Wear my glasses further down my nose. I am NOT happy with this, at all. During the service, I experienced a lot of burning in one eye from the adhesive. I think the under-eye 'lash mask' was improperly placed, so my eye wouldn't fully shut. That eye watered for hours after. Both eyes were also glued shut during the service. None of this is 'normal' according to friends who have lash extensions. Worst most unprofessional place I have ever encountered. If they aren't a no call no show leaving you literally hanging, they also call hours before your appointment that you placed days before and put a deposit down only to call and say they won't do the services. When you want a refund for the deposit, you are sent harassing text messages from the owner. Stay FAR away from this place! read more

So, update. I was given the volume service instead of classic hence the price difference. Within the first 2 hours I lost 6 lash clusters. Over the next day, 6 more. 2 days in and not very happy for the price. read more
