I just tried to reach out on a Sunday afternoon for a basic log in page to start my courses and was told to reach out over INSTAGRAM! cause the computer admin didnt have ACCESS to the log in platform for me to start my courses WHENEVER I wanted....Last time I checked you should ALWAYS be able to have access to your basic log in page and log in info when the course has been paid for. read more

She was quick to reply in regards to payment, but God forbid you follow up regarding the kit was suppose to be mailed within 2 weeks, I got mine just almost on the 2 month mark when the course was set to expire. Her "kit" is definitely not worth $200+, sadly Temu had better quality and that's saying a lot. Where to begin?! I bought the Master Lash Class online after I saw the course up on my explore page of IG. I was excited to start, because I wanted to become a lash tech in my area. I messaged the owner on a Sunday it was the first of the month ..to see how the classes is constructed and how soon I'd be able to start then I made my purchases. I was told I'd get access to the class the same day or the day after purchasing and that I would receive a package. On her website everything is described as she has told me. Purchase today get access tomorrow. Package of supplies will come in 3-5 days etc. ALL LIES. One week passed and I heard nothing from her not even an email update. I was not given access to the course and not given updates. I sent a message asking for an update politely (I don't like rushing people especially people who I'm sure are busy with their businesses). She responded so rudely to me saying "I'm not responding to anyone asking for updates on their package." Mind blown. At this point, I'm stunned insulted and angry. You took my money and now you won't tell me about my purchase update? I saw her stories telling her other customers the same thing she just told me. I'm was angry, but I already spent the money and just wanted to take the class and get this over with. 3 weeks passed then a month and nothing. I sent her more messages which she ignored included a message to refund me my money. Never responded to any. I finally got a email saying my package was sent off!? After a month and 2 weeks!? I then asked her about the class itself and she said she'll give me access soon.. me giving a sigh of relief because I wanted to get this done weeks prior. Hours later I got a hostile message accusing me of fraud. I was sooo confused and exhausted at this point. She said I opened a dispute against her. Sweetie I would have opened a dispute against you but I didn't because I'll admit it I was desperate to start your lil online class and be certified. I went to call my bank to ask what she was even talking about.. turns out 5 days after my purchase they flagged her site as fraud and gave me back my money. What sweet justice. This lash educator is so bad. I paid $650 for one on one training. I drove an hour for this class. She said she had a live model for me and didn't. I was waiting in her building lobby for almost 20 minutes waiting for her to start my class. She came into the building rushing with her young daughter. My certificate was already in her hand... I practiced on a mannequin for maybe an hour before she told me I could go home and read the theory online. The theory was nothing I didn't learn already from YouTube. She didn't teach me anything about lashing except for how to close my glue for safe keeping. She was on her phone or out of the room most of the time. She barely answers my messages and when she does, she is so dry. She doesn't post any of my work, she only posts when people commend her for her "great work and educating". Her lash room was 1/4 the size of mine. The class was supposed to be 6 hours, I started at 1230 and was home by 330, mind you I live an hour away. Everything I know from lashing I taught myself. I am posting some pics of how dry her conversation is, her trash manual and sets that IVE TAUGHT MYSELF ! PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY AND DO YOUR RESEARCH! I purchased the Master Lash Course online from Erica and I GENUINELY could not have been more disappointed. My kit arrived with damaged products such as ripped practice lashes, and bent tweezers and upon bringing this up to her, she told me to purchase new items myself. She also provided HORRIBLE quality glue and didnt provide LASH REMOVER. SHE DIDNT PROVIDE EXTENSION REMOVER, as well as extension cleaner, an isolation tweezer, or fan. While doing her modules, she failed to mention the difference in volume lash diameters, and how to properly sanitize her tools. She also DID NOT help at all when I asked her for help. She told me to look at youtube videos and watch her module again. And now she's opening up a salon. So disappointed. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY, I am getting recertified. pedicure 10/10 lovely service and the lady who looked after me was very sweet. xl nails happy with the outcome but I booked in and paid deposit to be seen at 4pm as I knew it would take up to 2 hours.... I signed up for her online course which I was really excited for ! I paid for her course and she didn't ask me for my email or number so I figured she must keep good tabs on her dms then I didn't even get a receipt after paying 550 which gives a scamy vibe. I waited a couple weeks when it's was only supposed to be 2-3 business when I didn't received it I asked what was the hold up since I had asked before and she said it wasn't ready where I let her know no worries! But obviously she toke advantage of me letting her take her time because she really toke her time.. after another week goes by I messaged her frustrated asking her why hasn't my kit been ready when I see other new students receive there's before mine? And how I don't understand why she didn't take down my number or email for $550 purchase I've never done training before so I'm not sure if it standard that they give a receipt but they should. She just said "sorry" "my number is on my website" which is really frustrating because she take any owner ship for her mistakes and I've never heard of a student having to chase down a teacher but okay and when I went to go pick up my package from her she made me wait 25 mins for her because she wasn't answering my texts, calls or ig dms and she told me to go and it pick up at that time as well as my "kit" is extremely cheaply made and she forget one the most important tools in the kit which is straight tweezers for isolating the lashes I gave up on messaging her honestly due to this. when I started that actual course I sent her text her of photos because that's what it saids in the course to do it and tell me how she replied 10 hours later... this is literally her only job she is a lash tech/teacher how can you not do your literal only job ?!! Please DO NOT DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY LIKE I DID please do more research there are way more online courses that are worth it I would recommend you check out lash God !! There kit looks great and it's honestly cheaper... and your learning from the lash God her self or dropping lashes which also seems likes a great teacher. the kit is cheap the course is cheap her video have poor lighting. she just doesn't care unless you kiss her ass about her shitty lash course such a horrible expensive experience !!! By far one of the worst lash tech/teacher to ever encounter. This lady has cheap prices for shitty classes. I got certified from her last year and i only got to isolate one classic lash on a mannequin and right after we had to do it on a model. She did one eye with pre mades and after she was done it was my turn, she barely showed me how to isolate and literally my practice was on a random girl when i had zero experience and barely knew what to do because she didn't show me she was too fast with it. She didn't show me how to make my own fans and right after the set was done my course was done. This "course" lasted for 2 hours when she lied saying it would be 6 hours. She didn't give me a practice head and gave me opened supplies. I was so mad because i felt scammed and since my parents were paying for it, i asked them to pick it up and how i needed the money before i leave. My parents were furious because i told them it would take 6 hours according to what she told me and they refused to pay because i got scammed i told the teacher they would be here soon which i ended up waiting for 2 hours. She had the audacity to say "is it because i'm black" when race had nothing to do with this. I gave my parents info of what to expect during this course when i barely learned anything and my parents ended up coming and giving the money. She started a lash educator course for $500 and i payed because it was cheap and wanted the certificate for it. It said it would come with the manual,supplies and certificate and how it would get a email in 3-5 days. i never got anything and ended up messaging her when i could pick it up. Once again her kit was terrible, cheaply made, opened, she didn't give my certificate and left me on opened and barely taught me how to do the educator course. it was basically a master course all over again.
