Several areas of my yard were left uncleared, trimmings were not cleaned up, and there was little attention paid to garden features like solar lights. I requested a return visit to address what was missed, which they did--but the initial lack of detail was disappointing. Most frustrating was when a shovel of soil was tossed over my koi pond, leaving it full of dirt. I had to spend hours restoring the water quality myself. I do have photos documenting the issues.
