They were courteous and professional in demeanor, which I valued. Unfortunately, the quality of the work did not match the price. Several areas of my yard were left uncleared, trimmings were not cleaned up, and there was little attention paid to garden features like solar lights. I requested a return visit to address what was missed, which they did--but the initial lack of detail was disappointing. Most frustrating was when a shovel of soil was tossed over my koi pond, leaving it full of dirt. I had to spend hours restoring the water quality myself. I do have photos documenting the issues. Overall, the experience was a mix--good intentions, kind workers, but a lack of follow-through and care in execution. I hope they grow from this, as they clearly have potential with better oversight.

When I asked how much I owed him, he said let's just say 220.00! He told me he was charging me for his time running around looking for the valve parts. He also mentioned he went home for lunch for part of that time. Needless to say I didn't pay this guy 220.00. Be careful when doing business with this company.
