My daughter‑in‑law and I arrived about 30 minutes before closing and asked if it was too late to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. Without hesitation, they told us it was no problem at all. Because our services would take some extra time, they even called Wendy to come in--and she showed up very quickly and got right to work. She started with my pedicure (which looks phenomenal, by the way), then completed my acrylic nails, and even waxed my brows afterward. Despite everything we had done, we were finished efficiently and never felt rushed. I don't remember the name of the technician who worked on my daughter‑in‑law, but her toes and nails turned out exactly how she wanted, and she was equally happy with her results. Later that same day, I noticed some polish had come off my big toe and both of my thumbnails chipped. When we returned the next day they were open, they fixed everything quickly and without any hassle. Unfortunately, one thumbnail messed up again--but once again, Wendy took care of it and made it right. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They even offer beverages while you're getting all spiffed up, which is such a nice touch. I can confidently say I will never go to another nail salon, and I won't use anyone but Wendy. That girl deserves a raise for having to deal with me! Hands down, this is the best nail salon between here and Dallas/OKC. Highly recommend!

I got an appt very easy. nice looking salon and plenty of polish choices. Frank performed my pedicure. he was rude anytime that he spoke with me. He pulled at my feet when I didn't put them where he wanted and barely rubbed my feet or legs. I watched the man next to me get a pedicure from the owners wife. she did a great job. so all of this to say I would go back I would NEVER use Frank for ANY services.

She said that she couldn't do dip due to the design. I asked if she could do the dip in single color since that's what's the norm and paint on the design and she flat out said no and put acrylic on (which is more expensive and harder on my real nails). She proceeded to be rough with my hands the entire time and filed down my real nails so much that they are so sore after and my cuticles bleed. Ive been getting my nails down for years now and have never had this. She also had blown her nose in front of me and then immediately grabbed my hands without washing or sanitizing which is so unsanitary. The design looks nothing like my inspiration pic and several of my nails are crooked. When I brought that to her attention, she said that's it's fine and wouldn't fix them. Then she told me it was $75 and I told her that I didn't want acrylic and that when I called it was $35. Will never go back here. I hope that the other staff are so much nicer than Paula. 0/10 would not recommend.
