Absolutely Fantastic Experience at Nail Club and Spa! Nail Club and Spa is truly fantastic! My daughter‑in‑law and I arrived about 30 minutes before closing and asked if it was too late to get a pedicure and acrylic nails. Without hesitation, they told us it was no problem at all. Because our services would take some extra time, they even called Wendy to come in--and she showed up very quickly and got right to work. She started with my pedicure (which looks phenomenal, by the way), then completed my acrylic nails, and even waxed my brows afterward. Despite everything we had done, we were finished efficiently and never felt rushed. I don't remember the name of the technician who worked on my daughter‑in‑law, but her toes and nails turned out exactly how she wanted, and she was equally happy with her results. Later that same day, I noticed some polish had come off my big toe and both of my thumbnails chipped. When we returned the next day they were open, they fixed everything quickly and without any hassle. Unfortunately, one thumbnail messed up again--but once again, Wendy took care of it and made it right. The staff is incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming. They even offer beverages while you're getting all spiffed up, which is such a nice touch. I can confidently say I will never go to another nail salon, and I won't use anyone but Wendy. That girl deserves a raise for having to deal with me! Hands down, this is the best nail salon between here and Dallas/OKC. Highly recommend! read more

I paid 175$ for my 55$ pedicure ( I did get foot scrub, hot rocks) my daughter who is 10 yrs old paid 55$ pedicure which she only got gel nail polish ONLY (no foot scrub), yea they charged me 55$ then I got gel polish on my nails no dip no gel no article nails,,, ONLY gel polish which I'll post a pic of and all grand total 175$!!!!!! I tipped 20$ because I'm classy like that but I will never recommend or ever go back to this place of ROBBERY!!!! I have a lot of friends and family that uses this nail salon I will be telling them of my special experience!! I think I will be going back to Leon where I can get amazing service,, and not be taking advance of!! Came up here for a ladies day with daughter and grandmother-a little fun day for celebrating. We all picked out our favorite nail polish color for each other from a random sample area (no signs) and found out even the upgrade level III pedicure $45 only comes with only a cheaper nail polish, if you want sparkling OPI it's $5 extra to polish. Never offered a beverage or refreshment. Felt rushed, not thorough or meticulous as used to and when asked for the nails to be trimmed shorter since only 3 nails actually got trimmed; was quickly reminded that the nail techs have done this for over 25 years. Was very much reminded to tip what they expect at the end; however, what about what our expectations were? read more

I couldn't go to my regular nail salon so I went here.....NEVER again! I wanted the powder dip. An Asian man did them and he was VERY rude! It didn't take long for me to sense he was enduring his job or mad at the world. He grabbed my arm at one point and said, "If you try to help me, I can't do it!" (Sorry, but that's a natural reflex to keep from getting my skin filed!) I wanted to tell him to just stop where he was and take it off! He filed the edges too thin and after just a week, the color is already chipping of the edges. He shouldn't be working with the public. I will never go back and I would never recommend them. The pedicure I got was great and is the only reason why I'm rating 3 stars. I do the dip on my manicures every time I go to a nail salon because I have my natural nails and they're long. This place did a horrible job on the manicure, my nails are uneven and then I was charged an additional fee because my nails are long and they didn't have to cut them down. My natural nail isn't that long. Makes absolutely no sense and I will never go back there again. read more

I called at 9am to make an appointment for my daughter n law and I to have our nails done for her birthday. We arrive at our 11am appointment time. We set there for over an hour waiting to be seen. We finally got sat together, they filled her water for her pedi. I sat there for another 30 minutes, nothing. 2 other ladies, no appointment, came in and were promptly serviced. I have herniated discs and sciatica. When they FINALLY started my pedicure she keep PULLING my leg to try to straighten it. I told her that wasn't going to happen 3 TIMES! I explained (sorry I don't speak Chinese or whatever) finally the lady working on my daughter in laws explained it to her. After she kept saying me "just relax, just relax!" Bitch better be glad she didn't get kicked in the face! My daughter in law and I had the same service. She started her pedi 30 minutes before me. She finished 5 minutes before me. Yup... After all this she cut my time in half! Then we went to get our Mani/powder dip. That was great. $240, 3.5 hours later.... With barely an apology, we left. read more

Had my first experience at Nail Club and Spa a couple of weeks ago. I felt welcomed and valued. Definitely was not rushed like another salon in the area. However, I wish my pedicure would have lasted a little longer. The salon I used when living in the city would take at least an hour and it was amazing. I used to absolutely love this place, came in a few times with the new management and it was still amazing until I had a man named Theo I think did my nails and he couldn't do the design so I said let's just do all the same color because I had asked him if he could do cow print, he said yes but couldn't. He started to get loud and had an attitude about the situation. He then told me not to pull my hand out of his which I only did because as he was yelling he kept squeezing my nail. Absolutely disappointed in the management who just lets their employees be so incredibly rude to customers. read more

I have been to this nail salon twice now. My friend that lives in Ardmore always got her nails done here and wanted me to tagalong so I did. My first experience was a few months ago. When I first went, when they shortened my nails they used the clippers on my acrylic nails instead of the drill. So as you can expect the acrylic cracked and my nails begin popping off within that week. I was annoyed and I didn't go back for a few months. A few months later, on the 8th, I finally went back because my friend wanted to go again so I decided to give them another try. This time when I went in at 1:12pm I didn't leave until 3:00 PM. My nail tech took her time because she was constantly answering the phone, greeting and helping people and checking people out. I didn't understand why anyone else was doing these tasks but I didn't overthink it. The time amount wasn't my issue. My issue was not even two days later my pointer finger nail popped off and the fourth day later my thumb nail popped off. Same experience as last time and just annoyed. read more
