Then after I went grocery shopping and came home to show my family my nails and realized 2 completely fell off. I went back and they insisted on fixing the broken 2 when I was worried about others falling off. She even blamed my nails for them falling off instead of accepting responsibility for poor nail prep because they work in a hurry and do rushed work. The lady fixed the 2 despite my concern (she didn't care just wanted my money). Afterwards I went to goodwill and Marshall's just to test put the others. Well another one fell off. I called and went buy with no answer or response. I was there at 5:39 though they say they closed at 6pm. Very shady business. Cautious with this nail salon. Not qualified workers or they just don't care about quality work. Smh

Worst pedicure I have ever had! I hate I can't give zero stars. I walked in and there was 2 ladies…read moreand an older gentleman. There were only 2 customers and they were almost done when I walked in. The man asked me what I wanted and to pick a color. I did and one of the ladies told me which chair to sit in. I sat in the chair for almost 30 minutes before anyone even came to run the water in the pedicure chair so I could at least be sitting and relaxing. I had to sit in this pedicure chair with no water or nothing just looking awkward. Then after 3 other ladies walked in the gentleman finally got off his phone and ran the water for all 4 of us. He done my pedicure but it was awful. I only got to sit and relax for maybe 3 minutes and he rushed through my pedicure. For me the best part of a pedicure is being able to relax and get my legs and feet rubbed. He didn't do any of that. Then after he painted my nails I sat at the drying area and he jumped and ran to do somebody else's nails and never spoke to me again. I sat there a while and just decided I better get up and pay. I will NEVER go back and will tell everybody about this awful experience!!
