I walked in and asked for a half hour deep Tissue massage and also asked to use their restroom before going into therapy room. The lady from the front desk took me to the rear of the building to show me the bathroom and I proceeded to walk around the corner to where the bathroom entrance was and walked in on a womanWho works there wiping her butt with the door open. I immediately Turned around and walked back down the hallway then when she came out of the restroom I went Back down the hallway and used the restroom as soon as I walked into the restroom I looked in the sink to see if there was any evidence of her washing her hands because I did not hear any water running or any paper towels or anything like that. The sink was dry with no water at all so it was extremely obvious that she did not wash her hands!!! My back was hurting and my neck was hurting really bad so I just hoped to God that she was not the one that was going to give me my massage. I went into the therapy room and unfortunately she was the one that ended up giving me my massage I could not relax because I realized she was the one that did not wash her hands and was working on me. The massage was not good and was rushed and she also Did several inappropriate things during the massage such as let her abdomen completely smash my head into the table while trying to reach my back. The absolute worst part of this experience was the fact that when I paid the $60 cash for the massage and did not add A tip she literally followed me out the door and screamed "Maam! You tip?" So i responded to her " did you really just chase me out the door and yell at me to come back and tip you? What is wrong with you?" I could not believe that she did this this is not acceptable practice at all you literally never ask for a tip no matter what it does not matter what profession you are in you do not ask for a tip if you do not get a tip you should assume that you did not meet the standard Of deserving one. This is completely insane to me I'm a massage therapist and I work in this field as well and I have never in my life!!!!! They will literally demand a tip and then chase you out the door asking for one.

She did not say anything. So she put a color on and left the room for an hour. The color was getting darker so I was worried. She finally came back and checked it in the back. She said she would be back in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later she came back and it was much darker. it was literally brown. I told her it was not what I wanted. She charges me 100.00 for the cut and color. My hair looks awful. She told me she put 9 B on it and it was the lightest color they had. She said to have it lighter she would have had to bleach it. I'm OK with bleach. When I pointed out the color my hair was and what I wanted she kept blaming me. I asked for the owner. She told me the owner can't fix it. I have to fix it as we are all independent. She said she would be in later, then changed it to tomorrow. This was all preventable. She did not pay attention to what I said I wanted. Everyone makes mistakes, but she kept blaming me. This is not the way to run a business. I have an event at my house on Sunday. I do not like the way I look at all. It's pretty upsetting.
