    Rented for a month, Had to sign a lease when this was reserved via AIRBNB, ad stated lock box which they would not give me the code until I met a random woman, had to sign another lease and show ID, switched my unit after I paid in full and told me upon arrival they rented the unit I reserved to another party via different rental site. Can hear the people in the next unit snoring as the walls have no sound insulation. Kitchen sink leaking into a budget ( Gross ) 100% Was baited and switched on arrival. Motor cycle repair shop next door ran out of the house, loud and motorcycles all night long, WASHER LOUD AS A FREIGHT TRAIN, washer machine is from 1999..... Very dirty, listening to the couple snoring behind my headboard was insane! STOP THIS GUY!!!!!!

    Luxsle Corp (aka Luxury Sleep Accommodations) is an apartment / vacation rental company. To get right to it, DON'T BOOK WITH THEM. They WILL bait & switch, omit, forge documents, & keep your deposits. I know this is a lengthy review, but read through to the end. The CEO is Jason Goold. They advertise on Airbnb (have since been removed) & other travel booking websites. I found them on airbnb but booked directly from the website. Their booking page does say "No refunds after booking". When I booked & agreed to that, the TOTAL amount including "all taxes and fees" was $1,433. No mention of any fees (ANYWHERE on their website). There was also no way to add a pet when booking. I receive a text from a hospitality agent named Anaqueli. She had me sign the rental agreement as well as send my ID & debit card info. During this conversation, she also asked if I had pets. I said yes, one cat & asked if there were any pet fees (explicitly). She responded with "No, no worries. Thank you." (Yes, I still have all the texts). She emails me the agreement & instructs me to click the link at the top which will bring me directly down to where I sign. On the rental agreement, the area where it lists "total amount to be charged" was left blank. It seemed fairly standard so I sign. I receive an email with a receipt notification confirming a charge to my account for $1,433.00. She told me I was good to go & a hospitality host would be meeting me at the location on the arrival date & time. FIVE hours later, around 10 pm that night, I receive a text from Anaqueli telling me there is a daily pet fee of $45 AND a daily charge of $125 for "under age" renters. I am 24 years old. My fiancé & I were staying for a total of 9 nights. So this ADDITIONAL amount would have come out to $1,700, totaling $3,133 + $500 deposit. I explained that we do not have the funds & even if we did, those fees were not mentioned until now & I was not willing to pay that. I asked if we could switch the booking into my fiancé's name, as he is over the age of 25. I also stated that I don't mind paying the pet fees, even though she had not been forthcoming about it & actually said "no worries" when I asked about pets BEFORE signing the rental agreement. Then I notice an email with another charge of $500. I text her about it & she says it's the damage deposit (was briefly mentioned in the rental agreement but an amount was not, nor was it agreed upon or written on the agreement. I was also not notified before this charge was made). At this point, I told her I'd be fine with all charges & deposit but again asked to switch the booking into my fiancé's name to avoid the astronomical under age fees. She claimed she was unable to do this. I told her that the rental agreement did not state anywhere that they can't switch the booking name & I wanted it in his name. She ignores this two more times & tells me I had to pay the fees per the rental agreement. I tell her we're not willing, she says "You agreed to it in the rental contract. If you weren't comfortable why did you sign it?". Now technically I signed the agreement through my own volition, but this was a bait & switch type situation. Ultimately it came down to either paying the additional $1700 in fees that they were not upfront about or lose my $1433 they had already charged for the rental. I asked her to please cancel my booking & refund me the money. Mind you, this was 6 hours after booking. She says "Since you insist, I cancelled the booking per the rental policy you signed". The agreement also in small black words has some jargon about 60 & 30 day refunds. Since I booked two days before our stay, I did not qualify for a refund per the agreement. I texted her again & asked if she refunded the $500 damage deposit. She never responded. I have yet to be refunded the $500 & they kept the $1,433. We immediately cancelled our debit card & disputed the charges with our bank (even though Luxsle threatens to charge more fees - SO CANCEL YOUR CARD IF YOU ARE IN THIS SITUATION). We did not win the dispute, as our bank said Luxsle provided a contract stating they could keep our deposit. We never signed this, & believe Luxsle forged this "contract". In total, this company stole $1,933 from us. Upon reading other reviews on Google & BBB, it's clear that although they do have shaky legal ground due to the extensive rental agreement & small black words inserted in between paragraphs, they have no moral ground. They are running a well oiled machine where they take advantage of people & are blatantly misleading. I'm not the first & I definitely won't be the last. UPDATE: They have sent me text messages and emails threatening to sue. Pics attached.

    Took advantage of the downtown location to walk to dinner and have drinks. It was great. clean And comfy . Bed comfort can not be beat.

    If I could give it 0 stars I gladly would…read more Our stay Friday 6/3 thru Sunday 6/5 was fabulous, but what happened when we left has been a nightmare to deal with. My family has a small house in Chelan Falls, but a pipe burst so we needed a place to stay for a wedding. I found this place on VRBO which was perfect for my fiancé, sister, brother in law, two nieces under 2 years old, and myself. Come Monday morning I woke up at 6am and checked my personal emails. I was notified that I'd be charged $500 because they found a pet toy and animal hair in our unit which was against their policy. I was in disbelief and thought that they had to have had the wrong room - this was clearly a mistake. Neither my sister or I own a dog. I'm actually allergic. Out of all of the VRBO and Airbnb options why would I, and IF I owned a dog, decide to stay in a place that didn't allow them and risk a $500 fee? There are places to stay cheaper than that. Right away I called the front desk number and was furious asking what happened. They ended up hanging up on me. It took me 3 days to reach a Supervisor, Ellie, and 4 days to reach Jonathan (the Manager). Since I wasn't getting any answers I filed for fraud on my credit card, and let management know that I filed and will not be paying the fee regardless. I requested copies of the photos and finally 8 days later received them. The dog toy was one of my fiancés brand new tennis balls that he brought in for the girls to play with, and the dog hair "everywhere" in the apartment was my fiancés hair located on the pillows and head area of the bed. To top of off management said someone tried to get a hold of me that Monday to inform me, which was total BS because I called the front desk line between 6-7am and by that time the $500 charge was pending. When I get my new CC I will need to still deal with this and update payment on multiple accounts. Oh and to top it off the hide a bed has yellow stains on the white sheets. Unit 626 for those wondering. My sister did not want to complain because overall they seemed clean and it was only a stain. I brought this up to Ellie, the Supervisor, to which I kid you not she replied "Yes, I've heard that before". Then do something about it! I then grew concerned that the stain was from previous people and they had a dog that peed on the sheets. No one has apologized for the assumptions targeted towards me and resulted in 4 days of follow up with ongoing issues to get my new CC setup.. No one has offered to make this right. The fingers get pointed in different directions. There needs to be liability by the owner of the condo for stained sheets and management for wrongful accusations. To make it more complicated they hire a 3rd party company to do inspections. So at this point you have the condo owner, VRBO, management at the Grandview, Windermere, their third party inspection company, and third party customer service line. WTF - no wonder no one is holding any accountability. The scary thing is, is that this can happen to anyone, and it makes me wonder how many times they've gotten away with this behavior? Based on these reviews, ample amount of times. Never staying here again, and I caution you to take images of everything if you do in order to protect yourself.

Upon arrival, we went up to park, after hours, and were rudely lectured by a staff member that where we were parking we weren't allowed. I am so thankful that my husband was nearby in the truck because had I been approached the way I was by the staff member in the parking lot I would fear for an extreme safety issue. There was ZERO parking, anywhere near the facility, we had to park a mile away and hike in (middle of the night, pouring rain out). We went to find closer parking throughout next day and still there was nothing closer. The staff at the facility was not helpful and extremely rude about the parking, with no empathy that it was completely pouring rain and guests having to walk GREAT lengths just to get to their rooms. It notes that parking is tight and most units allowed 1 car maximum well this wasn't the case, there was 0 parking anywhere even along the street and across the street were completely full! We called the 509-682-2582 provided to speak to someone regarding our concerns and ask about cancelling the rest of the trip we were, again, rudely spoken to about our reservations, this time was about us making the reservations through a third-party (VRBO) and that they couldn't help with our stay. But all the paperwork I have is from Grandviewonthelake (their website) not VRBO - I thought that I made the reservation through their website. At the end of the first day we opted to just get a different hotel that had parking for their guests and staff that were friendly and accommodating. I would not EVER recommend this hotel to anyone nor Windermere Vacation rentals to just add to the terrible guest experience.

So first there are shuttles that will take you to the beach, there is also a private marina where you have access to rent jet skis, boats and there is a small almost wading pool for young kids where rocks separate it from the deeper part of the lake. They also provide a trampoline in the water, seating lounge chairs with umbrellas to provide shade. Inside the homes they provide beach towels, pantry has seasonings, appliances like coffee makers with tea and coffee, food storage bags and a variety of cookware. It felt just like being at home because they only thing we needed to buy was food and they also provided a grill and hot tub. It can be a little pricey but we split among 2 families to reduce the cost. Oh also there was a wagon which allowed us to bring everything to the beach and my daughter which also fits in the buggy to shuttle. And how dare I forget to mention. The POUR HOUSE had soo much outdoor seating in the front and in the back.

She had prepared collateral on homes we had interest in viewing ahead of time. We took along the packet of pictures, facts and details as she drove us home to home. We found a place and made an offer the following morning but lost the deal. Alice was so ethical in her business practice unlike others in the area we discovered. Alice was so admirable when she went out of her way to call us when the place we lost became available again but now for sale-by-owner. I don't know of to many realtors who would do such a thing when there was no financial incentive to do so. It just affirms her good hearted nature looking out for the best interest of her customers. We have had the pleasure of being able to work with her again as she was the liaison between K and L Builders and the home owner through the building process.. She is helpful guiding us through the process and educating us on choices specific for the area. We certainly see her more than a realtor now but also as a friend.

Alice was patient and kept us constantly well informed of the real estate situation and of specific properties in our profile. Once an offer had been made, Alice worked closely with all the parties, escrow, inspectors, brokers, etc to guide the process along smoothly and without issues arising. We were very happy with our experience with Alice and can highly recommend her.

It was obvious from the layer of dust on nearly everything that the house had been cleaned then remained empty for an extended period of time. The water pressure was nearly non-existent due to hard water residue and build up in the water lines. On more than one occasion pebbles came out with the water. The water also smelled like rotten eggs. There were multiple RAT TRAPS left in various rooms in the house which is extremely dangerous considering that we had 3 small children with us (age - 15 months, 13 months & 3 years). Had they stuck their hand in the trap they would have been SERIOUSLY INJURED. Why would Sage Rentals leave RAT TRAPS lying around the house? We also found RAT DROPPINGS in 2 bath tubs. Again, proof on top of proof that the house hadn't been cleaned in a long time. The dock was in HORRIBLE condition and should either be repaired or removed. It was in such poor condition that boards would pop up when walked over and would shake to the point that we had to block it off to prevent our children (who cant swim) from walking on it. Even if they wanted to walk on it, they couldn't because it was blanketed in bird droppings (as was the lawn). There was also a sunken boat lift at the end of the dock that was nothing more than a swimming hazzard (I guess it was a good thing that we couldn't jump off the dock). None of the cookware, dishes, cups, silverware, etc were washed. We had to do two loads of dishes before we could prepare a meal. One of the kitchen stools was broken to the point that it couldn't be used. There was a plastic bowl under the sink to catch dripping water that smelled horrific. We were also unable to get hot water in the kitchen and the microwave didn't work. To be honest, there were far to many issues to continue to list. You guys obviously don't care!!!" Thomas Crumpton

We were also woken up at 6am on Saturday morning by a fire alarm going off. The security code situation is a little confusing. If you stay here, the COMMON AREA code is apparently the one you use for the garage too, but it's not clearly stated in the app. I will give props to Sage for responding quickly when I called them around 9pm to get that information. Lastly, the posters they have around the condo were dated as they tell you to call someone upon checkout to let them know you're leaving, but when I called that person told me they hadn't worked for Sage Rentals in over a year and were none too pleased that I was calling them at 8am on a Sunday morning. Otherwise - it was well furnished, comfortable, and close enough to the local attractions to be convenient without being downtown.

I'd been wanting to buy in the Chelan area for many years and had looked off and on for a few years then started to look more seriously about 2 years ago. That's when I called Nick. Nick was the listing agent for a condo I wanted to look at. I could tell immediately over the phone on that first call that we'd hit it off. He was witty and professional all at the same time. Nick ended up taking us to several different properties because I wasn't entirely sure what I wanted. That didn't seem to bother Nick. He went with the flow and was very patient. He set me up with the automatic email that would send the new listings with anything that fell into my price range. I went from looking at condos, to houses, and bare land. He was knowledgeable on all. He always had a smile on his face. Nick was quick to respond to my questions. If he didn't have the answer he would find it and get back with me. I often looked long distance since we live in Seattle. Nick made me feel like I was important even though he had many other clients he was working for too. He's very knowledgeable and has taken the time to research the properties he's showing or selling. He knows a lot about the Chelan area and its history even though he's not originally from here. If you're looking for a house to buy you won't be disappointed if you use Nick. I'd go with Nick again in a heartbeat. Nick started off as a realtor to me and ended up a friend. I'm happy to say he helped me find my perfect home in Manson! He walked me through the entire buying process and helped with the many questions I had. He even dealt well with my anxiety through the stressful portions of buying the house.
