Do not hire these guys. Our heating was working but I figured it needed some maintenance because…read morethe fan was making a noise every time it started - once running it was working though. Porters guys came and told us we needed a new motor - took it apart, couldn't get it working again, couldn't find a new one, then ghosted us - left us high and dry without heat in the middle of December and sub-zero temperatures. So unprofessional .... who does that to another person?? After a week with no heat and realizing Porter was lying and had no intention of helping us, we managed to find someone to rescue us. Porters had done work for us a few years back and were great. Hence the reason for calling them this time ..... but Larry and his son no longer run the business....it has the same name but is NOT Porter! Justin had no right attempting to run this business under the Porter name.
