Well I'm not just giving a five-star away easily first you have to do what you say you're going to…read moredo which is a rarity with construction people and then you have to use good materials and care about the quality of their working job let's admit it it seems like anyone with a hammer and a nail thinks that are contractor around here I'm a little bit finicky and picky about what I have done because I have a lot of money invested in my house and I don't have the money to buy another one anyway I'm only giving this review because listening and learning it seems like a lot of people use reviews to extort these guys and I mean anyone in the construction business anyway back to my job my basement was cold wet and damp now I have a woman cave that will rattle any man cave anyway they put in a complete new bathroom I had a septic system so I didn't know how they would get the waist up and out but they put in a tub they had a grinder so it drains everything up pushes it out works fantastic I have no moisture or water coming in anywhere before when it would rain I would have a leak in my wall not anymore they added windows I'm outside to the inside they had to do some extra work that was unexpected because the guy told me the old houses aren't built like the new one so there's always something that you need to get done so he told me I need to be prepared for the unforeseen and he told me so to keep it there material and then you gave me a reasonable hourly rate because he thought it was more fair to charge for something that may not need to be done anyway Anthony did a fantastic job he was honest he worked sometimes 7 Days my job took about 90 days to get done they did a lot of work and they did a lot of stuff that was foreseen in closing I'll just say call him meet him talk to him have him explain to you what they will do although they did a fantastic job of explaining things so that I would understand it and let him go to work okay that's about it for my review now I'm going to sit down and watch my big screen TV and have a cold iced tea thanks again Anthony

I would leave negative one thousand stars if I could. They have had my $700 lawnmower since May -…read moreno joke, MAY. Returned it to us once after eight weeks more broken than it was before. When we brought it to them it would start and then stop randomly. When we got it back it wouldn't even start to begin with. Had to bring it all the way back. At the same time they wanted our batteries because the broken lawnmower had charred the connection ends. The batteries still worked with all our other power tools so we were hesitant, but they told us at the counter guaranteed one week turnaround and we'd have them replaced as they were well within warranty. That was 6 weeks ago. When I call them, they lie. They say "oh it'll be one more week". Three weeks later, nothing. So you call. They say, "Oh one more week" and again, three weeks go by and silence from Tool Beast. It's an absolute joke. We have had no lawnmower all season and all of our other Ryobi tools are useless to us without our batteries. We will NEVER, EVER buy Ryobi again or from ANY OTHER TOOL COMPANY that depends on Tool Beast for warranty repair. We have been so incredibly patient with this company. We have been polite, accommodating, friendly, but at this point we have been so badly abused by the staff at this place we are at the end of our rope. Anyone would be - long before now. We've waited an extraordinarily long time. We've been lied to more times than I can count. We've been abused as trusting customers and we continue to let them put things right but they simply will not treat us with any kind of respect or courtesy as regards our tools and batteries. They ignore us, lie to us, ignore us again. Not for days, not for weeks. For months on end. And the only way to get any kind of response is to keep calling. Keep leaving messages. We are exhausted. We never get any updates from them telling us what's going on. We have to chase them, hound them, over and over and over again. It's been just horrific. It was been an absolute, unequivocal nightmare of an experience. We are furious, exhausted from chasing them, and disgusted with being lied to over and over again. We will also be reporting their conduct to the Better Business Bureau and any other regulatory body that will listen that might have an impact. Horrendous company. Horrendous service. Their pathetic excuse for "service" pretty much feels like theft of our stuff at this point. Never again. If you are considering bringing your tools here, RUN. Never look back. You'll never see your stuff again. Absolute total, endless nightmare.
