Sadly it's time to walk it back from my prior rating. While the obvious thought could be that somehow the level of care received from the medical staff is lacking except that's not the issue at all. The guy my kids have seen since they were born and that we've followed to three area locations with the LVHN empire is first rate. So then what's the issue? The office staff. My most recent foray into frustration hell has them billing me for a hearing test that was never preformed. When the bill comes from the health network that my insurance is not going to cover the test (that's a whole separate non-related issue/story) my first thought is great except that the test was never done to begin with. I call the Patient Accounting number for LVHN since that's where the bill originates from and they tell me that they'll sent a note back to the practice to look into the charge and that someone from the practice will get back to me either way. That call never happens and a month later the bill shows up saying of course that it's now late. The obvious answer would be to call the practice and talk with someone about billing except you can't really do that. When you push the prompt for billing you get routed back to the centralized Patient Accounting number for the network. I did that and they said that they couldn't help me since the practice internally noted that the coding was correct except of course just because the coding for the procedure was correct still does not address the issue that the procedure never happened. To keep it short, I call the practice and eventually speak with someone who has no clue about billing but says she'll forward it to someone there who will call me back. That of course never happens. This eventually ends with another call to the centralized accounting number and after asking to speak with a manager who is horrified at the whole ordeal and takes off the charge and sends an email to the practice manager to call me ASAP about this. I got that call an hour later and while the manager is professional, she's only in that office one day a week as she manages five different practices which kind of explains a lot. Where this ends is that next month the doctor my kids see is leaving the area and moving to a different state and honestly between this hassle along with a different hassle that happened with getting some paperwork done last November, unless you really-really like the doctor your kids see here, I can't in good conscious recommend using this practice which is why we're moving on for future visits. read more

I'm very disappointed as I've used them since my daughter was born. First my daughter had been vomiting and I asked to make an appointment and I was told they don't see patients with stomach viruses! How do you know that's what it is without seeing a patient. I had my daughter to the er twice for vomiting by day 5 I finally got her in to be seen. The doctor saw her and gave a list of things to do for a stomach virus. Later that evening my daughter was lethargic I took her to the er where we learned she was dehydrated and her sugar dropped to a dangerous level. I feel this could have been prevented if her doctor would havw seen her sooner. I will be switching doctors as I also find their hours and appointment procedure impractical for the working parent! read more

I have 3 children and anytime I have called or gone into the office we have received great care. We see Dr Jibilian and she is absolutely amazing. She never makes us feel like our concerns are silly and always reassuring. We could not be happier. We have also seen many of the other doctors and have had great experiences. The staff were all caring and great with our kids. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for a great Pediatrician. read more

If I could give this pediatricians office no stars, or even negative stars, that would be much more fitting. I have never in my life been so disgusted with a doctors office. Where to even start. They have the worst office staff. Between their lack of knowledge on anything and their horrible bad attitudes, I hated having to deal with them. Especially the blonde at the check out desk. So at 3 weeks old my child was diagnosed with RSV. No big deal, except by the 4th day it wasn't getting any better. I called the office to explain what was going on. The girl told me she would speak with my doctor and call me back in regards to bringing my child in to be seen or not. That was at 9:30 in the morning. No one called me back. It wasn't until I called them back at 4pm, I was told the doctor felt my child was fine. Thanks abc for following through with the call back. So a few more days go by and we had my child's one month apt. My husband and I both separately put the date and time in our phone calendars and had it the same. We never received a reminder phone call even though they had both our correct phone numbers. Anyways. We went for our appointment and we were told we missed it. After that frustrating argument I asked if they could put us in for a sick appointment that day at some point so a dr could listen to my child's lungs from the RSV. The staff refused to do so and told us to come back in a week for the make up well appointment. I should have left that office then. But didn't. My child had severe constipation issues after they hit a month old. It got to a point they had not had a bm for 5 days and were so uncomfortable. I called again for a sick appointment. Waited 30min in the waiting room. Fine no big deal. I was then taken to the room to be seen where we then waited for an hour and twenty minutes for the doctor to come in and see us! I was livid. Then the dr just looked at my child, never once doing any kind of exam, and said change the formula. This happened 4 times until I finally had enough and switched to a new doctors office. My child was treated the first time we went and we haven't had any issues since. I will always warn people of abc and how horrible they are! read more
