Being a musician and recording studio owner for many years, I need a certain level of quality in atmosphere, equipment and engineer. I called around and spoke to a lot of different spots in Colorado Springs to ask about pricing, ability and atmosphere and couldn't find anyone to suit my needs. When I finally got in touch with the team over at Red Rock Recordings and went in for a consultation, I immediately knew I found my studio. From the comfortable mix room with great equipment and software to the spacious live room with an array of mic choices and arrangements..this place is stellar. They even offer amenities like drinks and small snacks at no charge during your session which is a great extra. They can also do PayPal which is very convenient. I've recorded all of my 2018 releases here and will continue to call this place my recording studio as long as I live in Colorado.

He got back to me on Friday and was transparent about potentially not having availability until the second week of September so we set a date for that week. However, he called me over the long weekend to let me know he could move it early this week. We discussed for 10-15 minutes and he said "I have one you're going to like - I'll put your name on it." I came down a few days later and it was love at first sight, the moment I walked in! All kinds of grand pianos, from petite grands under 5', to 9' concert grands. Rick was very friendly and patient as I played 12-15 different pianos, and he was right - the one I liked the best, is the one he picked out for me. The price and size and condition was right, so I made the purchase. Rick and an associate delivered it as scheduled a week later, and I couldn't be happier.
