I never heard back (from today it has been 5 weeks since my email submission). Shown in the screenshots. Well, after an incident with my child and his father occurring over this weekend, I urgently need an attorney now and so I decided to call. Upon calling, I don't recall the receptionist's name. However, I stated that I was calling for an attorney and to retain Marilyn York asap. I told her that I had submitted an email via their website platform and never received a response and that was weeks ago. The receptionist replied back "no! That's impossible! I respond to each and every email submission." I responded that that's what happened but regardless I need an attorney asap and asked for the soonest time. After several questions, the receptionist then told me they're super busy and only taking clients that have a personal referral. I was not able to get in for a consultation because I don't have a referral. But their customer service is nearly nonexistent and they don't seem to treat people very kind. The screenshots will show both when I sent the email submission and the time stamp of the screenshot in the second picture and then again for my email search showing I never received a response and the time stamp in the second photo.

This law firm and their associates did not appear to take our case seriously on time sensitive…read morematters, lacked polish and professionalism, and managed to take quite a bit of money from us trying to get up to speed and promptly dropped us once we did. In the real world some clients can be a PITA, and we were certainly difficult, but in the world or client service you live and die by your ability to roll with the punches and keep the boat moving. This firm could not do that and frequently passed the buck within the firm avoiding any real responsibility. We never actually got anything done with them, other than lose money. We have had a variety of unprofessional responses from this firm and while apologies were somewhat delivered the reality is they cannot honor continuity of service which is a big deal in the expensive world of law. I would not do business with them again but the feeling is mutual. To each their own.
