I was introduced to Lyfe Law through my childhood family friends and I'm so grateful that the introduction was made. I initially worked with Sahm Manouchehri, who handled my personal injury car accident case after I was in a terrible car accident, where I was not at fault and the other party took their maximum amount of time to take accountability. When you need urgent medical care and an accurate assessment, this is a horrible situation to be in. After personally speaking with Sahm, his team (Melissa, Marianna, and Leah) took care of everything. The most important thing has been recovering to full health after the accident. The second most important thing was arriving at a fair settlement. Though my injury is valued at more than what the insurance could offer, Sahm and his team made sure I left with as much as I could. During this time, I also sought counsel and worked with another partner, Greg Wong, who generously protected me during my transition out of work when I was laid off during my car accident recovery. He has been so kind, grounded, calming, fair, and of course, an expert in his field of employment law. My transition had a much better outcome with his support. I told Greg over the holidays that my family came up with a slogan for him because he really helped me through a very stressful situation: "Greg Wong, you can't go wrong!" I signed with them July 2023 and to date, never was referred to a physician, never received medical treatment period! I basically spoke to an attorney 3 times but it was all about how long he has been doing this and saying I need to be referred to an orthopedist. 3 times the same conversation! Just a joke. They lure in clients with big promises, but once you've signed the contract, their priorities quickly shift and it becomes painfully clear that money, not justice, is their main concern.. They'll say whatever it takes to get you to sign with them, but once they lock you into a contract, you're on your own.From the start, they exaggerated what they could do, claiming they would fight hard for my case, get top compensation, and keep me updated every step of the way. None of that happened. Once they had my signature, communication became nearly impossible. Phone calls went unanswered, emails were ignored, and I was constantly left in the dark. They promised to handle everything from helping with car repairs to taking care of my medical claims but they did absolutely nothing. My vehicle damage was never covered, and I received no real help with my medical expenses. I'm still dealing with pain, out of pocket costs, and stress, while they moved on like nothing ever happened.They were quick to talk big at the beginning, but once it came time to act, they were completely unresponsive and uninterested. It became clear they only cared about signing cases and collecting fees not actually helping their clients.This firm is money-hungry, dishonest, and shows zero accountability. In the 3 months I had Sahm Manouchehri respresenting me on a matter, I was only able to connect and speak with them 2 times out of the 20+ phone calls, left voice messages, as well as messages left with the receptionist. Sahm was cordial and pleasant to talk to, but on the other hand his case manager Wendy, was cold, rude and demeaning. This neglect went on, until I finally received a letter saying they could no longer respresent me, gave no reason why, and we're unable to get a hold of to explain. I have to say, this was the single worst experience I've had with a lawfirm. It seemed like every time I called it was chaos. No one seemed to know what was going on, how to reach someone I could talk to, or anything for that matter. As I client I felt neglected and worried about their capabilities.
