Omega Law... what can I say... Well the first thing I have to say is that I had a different attorney before Omega Law. Immediately after my accident I felt some neck & back pain, and my neighbors suggested I "lawyer up" just in case this achy neck & back becomes more than just an ache. I didn't know any better and if nobody suggested that, I probably wouldn't have even considered finding a lawyer. So I looked up Yelp and just picked the one that had the most and highest rated reviews. I give them a hollar, and I told them about my case, and literally 45 minutes later someone came to my door with papers to sign, on the spot. It all went by so fast. They were on top of this, and not knowing any better, I was initially very impressed. But as soon as I signed and the person left my place, that sense of importance immediately disappeared. Not know anything about the legal process of a car accident case, I had some questions, and naturally I reached out to my newly signed lawyers. But little did I know how hard it would be to get any info. It's like they vanished. The only time they would respond is when I would CC the actual attorney when emailing them... OH YEAH... And who have I been interacting with this whole time? I don't remember. Maybe the case manager? maybe some assistant? maybe the receptionist? I don't know who it was but what I did know is that I have never spoken with my actual lawyer and never had the access to. Again, I didn't know jack about law stuff and how law firms operate. For all I knew this is how all law firms work, and since they had a ton of rave reviews, their shitty communication was better than the other shitty communication. But I definitely did not like how hard it was to communicate with them, and the feeling that I really just didn't matter....simply, it sucked. The first few months felt like this, until I randomly met Robin Saghian of Omega Law. I was driving for a RideShare company at the time (which is how I got rear ended a few months prior) and I ended up giving Robin and a few of his companions a ride. After a few minutes of small talk, we eventually landed on the topic of my case and my lawyer, and how I am completely dissappointed with my communication process with them. That's when Robin offered, with no pressure, that if I want to change lawyers, that his team could help with that, AND that I wouldn't have to do a single thing to make that happen. They would do it all. I had no damn idea that it would be that easy to change lawyers. Did you know that? I wasn't even looking for another lawyer at the time, primarily because I just didn't know you could get out of your current lawyer. Once we got to the destination, Robin handed me his card and said to hit him up if I want to change up the game. So figuring I couldn't do any worse than the rat bastards I was currently with, A few days later, I just gave Robin a text and asked him if he was still interested in my case. He said yes. Within a few hours, we were all signed up. They were just as fast as the previous law firm and just as diligent up to the point of me signing.... But how will their communication be after?? Would he and his team just ghost out on me like the previous jokers? Well already, I had Robin's direct cell phone so that was immediately different. His number was right on his business card and not just the main office number. He responded to every stupid question I had. No fluff - just the meat. When it came to my medical stuff, like finding doctors, and medical facilities, and whatever other logistics and paperwork involved, they helped me the whole way. They were ON it. No matter what I needed, I always felt like the whole team was there for me. During this whole time the unfortunate part was that my back wasn't getting better and was only getting worse. The fortunate part though is that I can keep writing this review. So anyways, as the case went on, I eventually met Robins other partners: Edwin and Shahab and they really helped me with the case and helped me prepare for every single step of the way of the case, to the very end. And if I wanted to talk to any of them, for any reason, I could. They had my back. I felt it. I've written a lot...geez. Let's wrap this up. Fast forward to today - I'm rich. Like literally. I feel like an arse for announcing that. But it's true. And I truly believe it was because of this team. Omega Law. They are no joke. I signed up on Yelp just to write this long ass review, because they are that good. I was in a hit and run almost 3 years ago when a random motorist just freaking struck my car and left me there with the wreckage and emotional distraught. A couple days later my neck and back were hurting and my insurance was just giving me the run around and not helping me out. My wife left some voicemails to attorneys and Robin called to hear my case, a phone call that no doubt changed my life. I only met Edwin briefly towards the end as well but doesn't matter how they intermingled its the team that help you, with him simply his advice and preparedness on complex matters (and my case was complex) helped a lot towards the end another awesome addition to the dream team. Omega Law group care about you, let me be specific they fucken care about you! They treated me like family from beginning to end. Their essence never went away for me even on my lowest days during my recovery I could at least talk to them to let me know there was a light at the end of the tunnel. They made no promises they couldn't keep but kept everything they did. I was extremely satisfied and shocked even with my settlement and I'll definitely recommend them to anyone who's in a similar situation that I was. When I was in need of an attorney, I was clueless where to turn. An internet search of local Los Angeles area attorneys led me to Edwin Saghian's website. I was impressed at his profile and filled out the online form for a consultation. Within 2 hours, Edwin called me (on a Sunday) and spent well over an hour listening to me. WARNING: Misleading and Unethical Experience with Omega Law I'm giving 1 star because I feel completely misled. Omega Law promised me a 29% total recovery fee--the lawyer personally assured me this was locked in. That was the deciding factor in hiring them. But when my case was settled, the paperwork didn't mention any percentage. After calculating, I realized they were actually trying to take over 45% of my settlement! Thankfully, I had saved the text messages and phone records of the lawyer confirming the 29%, or I would've had no proof. This felt like a classic bait-and-switch. They withheld key info and then used scripted pressure tactics through their case managers to get me to accept it. It was shady, sleazy, and incredibly frustrating. Words can't begin to describe how thankful I am for Omega Law Group. I was rear ended in an accident last year during our rainy season in the winter. I was coming to a stop at a red light when I was hit hard by the driver behind me, who was obviously texting and driving. I panicked because I had never been hit by a car this hard and it was completely unexpected. I was rear-ended on the 405 freeway in Los Angeles and my mom's friend referred me to Omega law. I'm still in school and I was worried about getting my car fixed and having to deal with really bad neck pain. I called Robin to see what I should do and he was so helpful. The other driver's insurance (Hartford) was trying to give me a really low estimate of what the repairs would be. I called Robin and he was able to refer me to a few repair shops. I yelped them (of course) and picked the one I liked. Their estimate was over double what Hartford was saying. They even helped me get into a rental. Car was fixed without any problems and looks like new! As for my injuries, thankfully I didn't break any bones but I was having really bad neck pain and ended up going to the emergency room the day after the accident. Robin recommended a great doctor who was able to do an MRI and get me the therapy I needed. And I didn't have to pay anything! My case lasted just about a year and even though it was really annoying to make time to go to the doctor, after weeks of therapy and two epidural shots I felt much better. About a year ago I was in an Uber when our car was hit by a drunk driver. I didn't remember much because I hit my head and blacked out, and I woke up in an ambulance. Would always take the time to follow up with me to make sure I had all my questions answered. When the insurance company didn't take our claim seriously these guys jumped into action!
