NO Thanks, I will go some where else!!! I did NOT buy the truck off of TEAM and now I will never go to TEAM for ANYTHING. They do NOT stand behind their work. Each time I've had an issue, they've taken care of it quickly and professionally. I've never had to leave it over night. They've taken care of all the issues in one day spans. They also have a shuttle service to take you where you need to be when the job takes more that an hour or so and even picks you back up once the services are finished. Chris and the rest of the Team Ford service crew are super friendly and knowledgeable and make sure you understand and are happy with what they do. I'll only take my Explorer here for all my service needs!

A family member strongly suggested talking to Josh at the Ohio Valley Dealership after deciding to purchase a Honda CR-V at the suggestion of my mechanic. The dealership's online inventory helped in the decision and changed my mind about which model when that "Certified" word appeared on the smaller 2020 HR-V Sport. By chance the next day my neighbor took me for a ride in her Honda and I immediately put $ down to reserve that certified car. No regrets weeks later - it looked showroom new according to our son on the day to drive it home. Josh was wonderful in providing a book manual, and details about the car, including Carvana's report, and Ohio Valley Honda's warranty.

So this morning, August 5th, exactly three months later, I bought 4 new tires and requested an alignment from a different auto service provider. The mechanic showed me I had a bad ball joint. He also pointed out to me that he had to removed plastic knock outs from the factory to perform the alignment. He told me there was no way Team had done the alignment as long as those knockouts were still in place. He showed them to me. He went on to say that the bad ball joint should have been found by Team if they had actually performed an alignment. In a nutshell, Team's service department charged me for work they couldn't have possibly performed.

After spending $1,800 a few weeks ago in the service department, a new problem arose. The coolant…read morereservoir had a slight crack and I lost all fluid, and car overheated. After contacting service, the parts department ordered a part. I noticed it didn't look like the one in my car, so it turned out the reservoir for a 4 cylinder 2.5L was discontinued. This is in a 2019 Buick Lacrosse, only 6 years old! Budd Baer wanted $300 for a $30 used part and an additional $180 to install (it's a few minute job). I was able to find one myself and had another garage install. So I paid a total of $60 for part and installation versus $480 plus, from the dealership I bought the car from. Please be aware if you have this same car, this part is not available from GM or any aftermarket company. You have to find a used one or basically junk your car. I couldn't afford to do that.
