Rang the company to complain and nobody seems to actually know who is in charge of anything? We paid over £300 for a minibus and after suffering whiplash from the drivers constant slamming on the brakes I came to an agreement for an absolutely ridiculous and pitiful part refund of £25 which I never received anyway! Avoid this awful company at all costs!
