The appointment window I was given was from 8:00-8:30AM. It was after 10:30AM before they showed up. Apparently, they were called out on an emergency, which is why they were so late getting to me. You'd think the office staff would call and let you know, but nobody bothered. And when I called at 10:00AM to find out why they hadn't shown up, the girl I spoke too sounded like I'd woken her up.
