Called for an appointment, woman answered and we had an exchange and at no point was I told I could not make an appointment. I showed up, there were two other clients and I was told it would be a long wait. When I mentioned that I had an appointment the man said they don't take appointments. The WORST experience ever.....the shape of my acrylics and the quality is terrible. The gel polish was lumpy, tacky and when I showed her she shrugged and said she would repaint 2 nails! It was all of them so insisted she redo them and she charged me for a color change! It was HER poor job in the first place! Then her mother did my toes, she PEELED off my gel polish! Omg you NEVER DO THAT! Peeked off a layer of my toenails! Her gel was soft and tacky too! Both never topped the gel off with the oil everyone does. Just an awe full experience. read more

Was passing through the area so I called ahead to make sure they would be open late afternoon on a Saturday during Covid times. They were super accommodating as they did close right after I left. Cute little spot in a house, great service, quality manicure, was very relaxing. Just got a regular mani but she was super attentive to detail. FYI they are cash/check only. She was in a hurry to finish my polish and didn't even push back my cuticles to apply the gel. I would have appreciated being told no as she had an appointment. Instead she started the job and didn't do it well. The color coats weren't evenly applied. She also didn't remove the stray polish from my skin. read more

She was horrible doing my nails. I asked her to do hands first so they would have plenty of time to dry and she didnot. She was rough with the pedicure. Too much in a hurry. Lynn is just so sweet and so accommodating. She squeezed me in for an eyebrow wax before I took a weekend trip to Seattle and it didn't feel rushed at all. She definitely wants you to be happy with the services she and her coworker provide. read more

I came to Lynn Nails as a walk in appointment. She was very willing to get me in on a Saturday, which I appreciated. Lynn is very nice, and she works very hard. Unfortunately, the quality of work is terrible. I had her put on a full set of nails, and I was very specific about wanting a white tip French manicure. She did put on white tips, and then proceeded to use pink acrylic powder over them! Needless to say, I ended up with pink nails. And they weren't a solid pink, but mottled pink and white. When I pointed this out, she said she would fix it when I came in for a fill. She did not offer to fix her mistake right then. I decided to just leave and put some polish on them when I got home. Then, in less than a week, they were lifting. I can usually go 3 weeks between fills. In 9 days, I had lost one and was about to lose 2 others. I had to go to another salon to have everything fixed. I feel bad leaving a negative review about someone trying to run their own business, but I read her reviews on here before I called, and felt that I would receive good service. I didn't, so I think that others should know. read more
