Because all of the employees are just so darn nice! A few days ago I needed a notary and two witnesses to my signature and went to Amscot because I thought they'd be cheaper. Amscot couldn't do it, but this UPS location seemed really happy to help and was the same price as Amscot, $10! I had no idea they did fingerprinting and copying in there as well.
