After using Kearney Eye, im on my way back to the old office quick and in a hurry. Everytime I come here, one of the members of the staff- dont know or care what she does - is the rudest thing to deal with. Luckily shes not a receptionist that represents the company because she would turn clients off completely. She tries to make you feel dumb for asking questions most of us dont know the answer to or she mansplains it. Last time I was here, she was the most insensitive person in the building, probably the only insensitive one. My child was upset and all we got was this callous human being. Leanne could benefit GREATLY from sensitivity training or just basic human decency. The receptionists are usually very sweet but her demeanor overshadows everything else i like about this place.
