Person I spoke to seemed to understand that I was making an appointment. She took my name and information, even repeated it back to me. I arrived at the office on time as they don't open until 8:00am. Checked in and the receptionist informed me that I didn't have an appointment and they had no idea who I was. 'I must have had the wrong office', but they would be more than happy to schedule me for an appointment in another weeks time. I did not have the wrong office or the wrong information. Went straight home and double checked my notes. Due to the incompetence I will be canceling that second attempt appointment and going with the provider that felt sorry for me and fit me in over their lunch break.
