The male who answered the phone said he would take care of it. He never called me back, and my prescriptions were not sent in. I requested to speak to a supervisor the next time I called. She answered the phone, laughed, laughed, laughed, and laughed. I wondered how long she would laugh, and I finally said hello, then she said hello. She was very condescending as if it was common knowledge that I wouldn't get my prescriptions until my blood work was done. I hung up after telling her I would never make another appointment. They did send in 3 of my 6 prescription but also a medication I haven't taken in years. I had told the Dr. Rodriguez that I no longer take that medication. So even when they sent them in, they were wrong. Why wouldn't Dr. Rodriguez, tell me about blood work before prescriptions. Why did the supervisor act like it was common knowledge when the male answering the phone didn't even know. Was it a secret?

The on call provider never calls back after hours. I have called on several occasions for urgent issues and didn't receive a call back ever, not even the next day. But, Once in the office, the provider , Obed is very knowledgeable and listens to your concerns. He is the best part of that office.

Teri is just great! She remembers me and I feel super comfortable talking with her. Even though I moved farther away from their office I still make the trek out. The staff is always pleasant whether in person or on the phone. I love this practice and feel like I get good medical advice and attention!

Normally there is a 15 minute grace period anywhere, but to my understanding, the grace period here is 10 minutes, getting through construction on the road was a task getting there. Standing in the office, I was marked a No Show. My time, my gas and health did not matter. There was litterally no other patients in this office lobby. The receptionist did not take the time to even go back to ask if I could be seen. I was just told No. I am appauled at the level of service from someone with the title of Family under its name. I would rather take my money and health somewhere that cares more about the patient than 4 minutes. The doctor would have seen me for 8 minutes, probably. I do not recommend this clinic to anyone.
