He applied three applications, pressure washed it with hot water, agitated it and sprinkled a powder solution and rinsed it. He left me a powered solution to apply. Turns out the entire roof over the bathroom was uneven and improperly installed and needs to be replaced. Of course, the original roofer is AWOL and according to the seller, there's no warranty on the previous shoddy work. Despite this unique situation, Frank handled communicating with me (current homeowner) and the seller of the house who would be paying for the repair with incredible professionalism. Frank emailed detailed estimates promptly, answered my calls and texts at all hours of the day -- and sometimes night. When it came to do the work, he and one other worker did the work in half a day! Frank even sent me pictures of each step of the roofing progress so I know what's underneath those new shingles! They tracked down the specialty shingles to match the original roof exactly. The area JV Roofing Solutions replaced looks exactly like the rest of the original roof, which is the goal! More than that, Frank and team went above and beyond! When my husband called to talk to them letting them know that they would not be doing our roof, Cameron Matson talked to him real crazy and said that they would sue us for breach of contract, but we didn't have a contract with them in the first place. Since I have to give a star it will only be 1 if I could have gotten away with none it would have been no star.
