They also saw that the bathroom sink wall paneling needed to be reaffixed and without hesitation completed the work. Additionally, we asked if they could also do a few other projects in addition to the bathroom and they said yes we can! We're very happy with the bathroom and additional work they did! Dennis and James were very accommodating, their communication was clear and had a quick turnaround with a quote! There was no hesitation when asked if they could do additional work besides the bathroom. They were able to install wall gallery lights, repair and replace outdoor sink pipe, and install door locks + knobs. The work areas were kept clean, they picked up excess items and discarded for us. Both were very precise and had quality work. We appreciated the recommendations for future bathroom upgrades as the builder grade items were not the best quality. Phil gave clear pricing to me on the charges and asked important questions about the hardware they selected -- informing me that some brands don't work with others. This was good information to pass along to my parents in case they needed to make any exchanges at the hardware store prior to his visit. I easily scheduled a next day, Saturday, appointment for them. It was easy to text Phil their address and contact information. On Saturday, Phil texted me and informed me that he was running a little ahead of schedule and could come about an hour or so early. My parents mentioned that he was respectful, courteous and a professional. I was told he wore his ID and explained all the work that he did. They said his work quality was excellent and that they we were happy with the results. Additionally, they said his pricing was fair. for three doors/knobs/re-keys.
