One exciting edition I noticed on this visit were working elevators. In the past they did not have elevators which was difficult when I came to a show with my mother who has limited mobility. Very pleased to see this has been addressed by the venue. Check in process is quick. Scan your tickets and move through the security screening line. The bar had speciality drinks for the musical we were seeing, Back to the future. We purchased some candy for the show, $3 a piece. Cookies and cheese & crackers samplers were also available for purchase. You can also purchase merchandise for the show on the first floor. The theatre is gorgeous with molded ceilings and stained glass light fixtures. We were seated on the main level and the seats are comfortable. I did feel packed in at times but overall comfort was good. I would order aisle seats next time, as this is my preference. Bathrooms were very clean though the lines were crazy during intermission. I went to the lower level and it was chaos with no clear direction for the lines. I did not want to wait in this line, so I walked up to the second level. The line was shorter and the bathroom had an attendant directing the line traffic. The second floor also had a photo op area for the show and the rbtl staff took a photo for us. RBTL does a great job bringing exciting productions to town. Very happy to have the opportunity to see broadway shows in Rochester.

I just cancelled my membership after years and switching studios. They are constantly cancelling…read moreclasses and have went downhill in regard to cost and last minute cancellations for low attendance because they can't get as much money would of the class as possible even though we already pay $100 a month. There's studios that offer free open pole, cost less, and have my class time I've been going to for years still available.

Instructors, the front desk, their advertising and everything will tell you that unused classes will roll over to the following month, but no one will ever explain to you there's a cap to the amount that roll over until after you're automatically charged hundreds of dollars for months of classes that don't exist. If you explain to them your family member is dying and you were too busy taking care of their hospice plans to attend classes and had no idea this policy existed and ask if there's anything they can do to help you, they will tell you that you signed a contract and should've read it better. I have loved the classes here, but my heart is broken over their lack of communication and compassion. This is incredibly unfair, and I just want you to know the reality of what you're signing up for before you get trapped by predatory policies and fine print no one will ever mention like I did.

I am always blown away by the professionalism of these performances, and it's a reasonably priced night out. Support your local small venue! Some of my favorite performances: Avenue Q, Heathers, Detroit 67, Guys & Dolls, Silent Sky, Next to Normal, Jerry's Girls.

They ADVERTISE that they're open until 2am. I wasn't expecting to stay here till 2am but I was not expecting to get kicked out at 12. Its straight up false advertisement. Drinks are expensive as heck and everyone wants you out of the bar. Its such a shame that this is the only bar that plays edm. For my edm friends, stay home and play your own music. I went here for a luncheon a group of us were invited by members of this esteemed club. They have private parking and a valet a plus. It's light and bright and pretty old school, they have a bartender, nice staff and good food. It was all done up for Christmas as this was the time I went. I believe to become a member you have to be sponsored to join basically like any private club. If asked to join you have "basically arrived" I don't doubt they have other events, like a wedding, prom and other parties as long as your sponsored by a member this is my thought. The space really is transformed with each production. I've had some inconsistent experiences with the sound when recordings are used for effect but the space is small enough that there have never been problems with the actors' voices. Don't forget to ask for the code to the bathroom.
