They never contacted me, so I had to reach out to them. Then they couldn't get me an appointment for four weeks. The appointment was scheduled for a date between 10:a.m. to noon. I stayed home and waited but no one came. I called repeatedly and then didn't have an answer when someone would arrive. Ultimately, someone arrived at 1:45 p.m. -- almost two hours late. Very, very unreliable. When you pay for Gold Star service, you expect Gold Star service.

The pictures do not do it justice to the amount of labor- all done by hand- that was required to fix the boulder wall. There was a LOT of perennials and hydrangeas to work around as well as a tree and shed. They did an amazing job with very little damage to the plants. I cannot say enough about the professional job that was done and the gentlemen that did it. It was a pleasure to work with this company and I would highly recommend them!

We have many trees so always lots of branches and twigs in the yard. Sometimes i forget to pick up the hoses before they come and they take care of that. The "lawn gets mowed bi-weekly and they cut around all the new plantings nicely. I'm had some edging done. The moles took care of that quite easily!! Lol.
