All three are becoming stronger swimmers after each practice. They also offer a competition of sorts. The kids swim with each other but really compete a lag instead their self and not the other kids. That is, there is more focus on each individual's time and progress against their own time. This was the most interesting training class I have EVER taken. I have taken quite a few, with big…read morenames like AMA and Fred Pryor and none of them got close to this one! Smaller class of people, which allows more attention to individuals. Different approach to communicating which eases you into group exercises. I am more of a reclusive type of person who really needed help with breaking out of my shell and this was very smooth and not forced. The instructor, Mike Williams, made me want go get involved instead of feeling pressured into it. Super nice guy with a great sense of humor. Felt like I was taking a class with a long time friend, very welcoming. Other people in the class also started to motivate each other and you could tell that the vibe was really friendly and accepting. If you get the chance, definitely take a class with this business.
