I called Roto-Rooter and asked for service…read morebut explained that my bathroom floor was sinking and the toilet was leaking along with the clog. I requested nicely for a person of smaller build come to my home because I was afraid of my floor falling into the basement, and they sent a man weighing about 500 lbs. I said nothing but thought about my conversation with the female receptionist about not sending someone who might cause more damage to my bathroom floor or toilet. The man walked into my house sits on my toilet, then goes to my basement, comes back upstairs and sits on my toilet again. I asked him if he fixed it and he stated "yes". I said, "that was quick". I paid the bill; over $500 and tipped him $10. After he left I flushed my toilet and it was still clogged. Roto-Rooter never refunded my money. Dooley Plumbing came the same day and fixed the problem. Only charged me $300 and wouldn't take a tip.

I ask him if he would check the water heater,because I had no hot water.. He said he would. Got back water went down, had to leave again to get rubber pipes blue ones. Took to he others off and told me there was no warranty on his work. When I talked about the water heater heater,Gabe told me I would have hot water in 45mins to an hour. That was not true I had none. Was charged for the work. Had to CALL back and told the lady at the desk I still had no hot water, even ask Gabe if he would wrap pipes. He had no tape. Two other workers came out and checked the water heater, replaced the thermostat and toilet flap . They told me I would have hot water in 45 mins to an hour. They told the truth. My concern was we with Gabe and the other worker. No warranty on the pipe work and they led me to believe they checked the water heater and didn't. Was charged for both days. Now have to be concern with the pipes, if I will have to get them replaced again .
