There was constant communication with the family. The house is immaculate and they do their best to get everyone- even the non-ambulatory patients up and around. Brett and Sophie were amazing with care for my 85 year old father. He was always happy, clean, well…read moredressed, and never had a negative thing to say. He was so comfortable that he felt like he was at home. As for me, I could not be happier with the care they provided. I would visit my father at least twice a week and check him out for the day at least once a week. They always had him ready to go. I was often amazed on how easily they could work with him and honestly to get him to do things that I could not. I had my father in several other facilities, and the care was nowhere near what Everlast provided. Within a couple weeks, I knew I found a great place for Dad. Communication and recommendations, Brett was always on top of it. Something didn't look or feel right, we were talking. Brett always had suggestions on how to make it better. Things like compression socks, additional padding for the bed, creams, lotions, and powder for his feet. My father was also on Hospice for 2 years, and their incredible expertise on how to schedule and help me navigate with Hospice was amazing. The facility, always clean, well maintained and in a peaceful neighborhood. I especially liked the layout and how easy it was for seniors to move around. Unlike most facilities, when I would visit, other residents would be in the front room, living room, or kitchen table being interactive with each other, or the care givers. Unfortunately, all good things do come to an end, but the loving and care did not stop. I invited them to my father's Celebration of Life, which they happily attended. But after our tour, I left think "I could WORK there!" (My husband later said, "Can we get on a list?") This is the best in assisted living--beautiful accommodations, engaging activities, and meaningful connection with staff who are so helpful. Every staff member knows my dad by name (as well as my mom and me!) and cares for him with such great respect and kindness. There are so many activities in a range of abilities, so every day there are things to do to engage with people. My dad says his favorite thing is the food! He has gone from having just a donut for breakfast to having scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, and juice--every day! The food choices are always amazing, and in one month, there has never been a day he has been disappointed with the options. Plus, he has met new friends he sits with at meals. In the hall one day, I met a woman and her dad who were taking a tour. She said they were looking for a place with "food and friends." THIS is the place! I cannot recommend Estancia del Sol enough!

We were fortunate to find the Senior Oasis Assisted Living Facility in Corona when our sister…read moreneeded around the clock care. We spoke to the owner, Gabriela, an LVN, about specific physical issues that my sister was having. She assured us that they could provide a safe and comfortable environment for her and give her the care she needed. We noticed how lively and friendly the caregivers, Joe and Dina, were as they went about their duties cooking and cleaning and caring for the residents who were out in the dining area. There was background music playing and the facility seemed bright and welcoming. The aroma from the kitchen, where the evening meal was being prepared, was inviting. My sister quickly adapted to the structure and routine and said she was happy there. After falling and injuring herself numerous times at the previous assisted living facility, she fell only once at Senior Oasis. Joe and Dina got to know my sister quickly, and notified us when they saw something unusual in her behavior and demeanor. We took her to the hospital and she was diagnosed with inoperable brain cancer. Gabriela opened a sister facility, Senior Oasis 2, shortly after and asked if we would like to send my sister there. It was a spacious and well appointed facility with an upscale home feel. Joe and Dina were transferring there, so our sister said she wanted to go too. She lived there for the remainder of her life - Gabriela, Joe and Dina and the other Senior Oasis caregivers adapted and adjusted to her worsening health and eased her into hospice care. We are very fortunate to have found Senior Oasis and Gabriela and her team. They provided the highest quality care and comfort for my sister during the last year of her life...and we are forever grateful. Thank You so much!!!
