Jake even took the time to explain different packages. Originally we weren't sure which one to choose but Jake spoke highly of each one not making us feel less then for not choosing the highest or making us feel the lowest package was bad. If you know what I mean. When contractors try to upsell. Jake was thorough with all and the positives of each. There was a misunderstanding with the system we chose since we wanted zoning for specific rooms, but Jake quickly upgraded our equipment at no additional cost. He went above and beyond to resolve all of our concerns and even helped connect us with an additional contractor to address the lack of insulation above our garage. Overall, Jake has consistently provided excellent service and support for our family, our needs and our home.

They were quick to respond and arrived on time. However he told me my AC was low on refrigerant and…read moreask if I would like it filled. I agreed and about 30 mins later he came in to tell me it would be $400 for visit. He said the prices have increased several times this year. He then said that is all it needed..? Four hours later my air still didn't get below 72 degrees . Even when it was only 72 degrees outside at the time so it wasn't a hot day. I called and told him that since he's left my air hasn't turned off and hasn't adjusted temp . Two men came back this time and stayed for about an hour and told my husband my 10 year old unit needed fully replaced and he could do all this for $5500.. my husband said is there a leak what is the issues and they couldn't really give him an answer.. if my unit needed replaced why would he have done with first $400 in freon? I feel like they took advantage of me bc I was here alone with my 3yr old son and also trying to work from home.. very disappointed.. we will be going with another company in the spring for now my heat works great.
