He answered with a plain "Hello" so I made multiple attempts to confirm the business but after his rude responses (putting it gently) I was turned off, thanked him for his time and said "Disregard". I prefer to support the small guy, hence my call to him, but just because you're a small business owner doesn't mean you're exempt from practicing professionalism.
