Called about our Thermador dishwasher which is only barely 3 yr old and was reading E24 on control…read moreboard (which means dishwasher not getting any water). Technician took a week to come and then stated it was the intake valve and would need to be ordered. Another week went by and another week to schedule once it came in. Also had to hire a floor specialist to remove part of floor to get dishwasher out before he agreed to come back. Next trip he states the water shorted out the control board and that was the issue. I stated the control board was working before he came and was registering E24 and now it was not working at all. He stated he called tech support and that was what they said was the problem and they had control boards in stock and would schedule a return as soon as came in. That was 10 days ago (not heard a word) so called again and they left a message. I called Thermador and they walked me through a process, as now I notice control board stating E24 again so it could not be shorted out. I did as they instructed and dishwasher working on cycle... so far a month without a dishwasher and money wasted with nothing done

So while hubby and neighbor waited for them, they were able to stage A LOT! They worked so hard because we have a few very difficult items to move upstairs. They never got frustrated, and the only curse words spoken were from me! I hired an extra mover and I'm so glad I did. A truly fabulous crew. I highly recommend Bekins for your next move. The workers showed up 1 hours late, one smelled like alcohol, and clearly was not professional. I moved from Oregon to Nevada, and the truck & trailer was packed so poorly, my expensive leather couch got damaged. I sent them pictures, and was told they could not refund or help me with this issue because I moved out of the State of Oregon. They obviously don't care about their services....Beware!!!!!

They mostly sell Crosley which is manufactured by Whirlpool but adds a 10-year warranty that no other appliances come with. This covers the motor, fan and other expensive parts of a refrigerator, stove or dishwasher which basically means, you're guaranteed to get 10 years out of it. Though the prices are a tad higher, Walch's charges less for delivery and installation than bigger stores so it comes out the same or cheaper. Plus, they do it themselves and they stand by their products. What they stock is pretty much white and basic to deluxe. They don't carry the fancy appliances that people buy for the looks, not performance. Last Christmas, my mom's refrigerator died and she had guests coming. She bought one from Walch's and they delivered it on Christmas Eve. Then, serviced the dryer that she was having trouble with! That's service.
