We did have a small issue with one limo early on where the driver had to call a replacement vehicle, minor inconvenience but again excellent communication and safety standards. Also quickly and professionally provided a small refund equal to, if not greater than, the amount of time lost by the group. We left our house and took the bus to see the lights @ Bull Run. While there, we had an unrelated emergency, and Terrence was able to keep everyone calm while everything got resolved. The owner was very nice and told me to call back in the morning.
