My daughter planned prom for 32 kids, so naturally I became involved in the process as well. Point to Point was the most professional, courteous, organized, and easy to work with as I've ever found in the transportation space. The drivers themselves communicated with me when they were on the way, during their transportation (we booked 2 limos), and upon returning the kids. We did have a small issue with one limo early on where the driver had to call a replacement vehicle, minor inconvenience but again excellent communication and safety standards. Also quickly and professionally provided a small refund equal to, if not greater than, the amount of time lost by the group. The reservation process was seamless. However, when the day came for the event, the limo we were given was not up to anyone's standards for cleanliness, modern amenities and general AC. (It was over 100 degrees that day and the AC only worked at the far back of the vehicle) I gave my feedback and their service recovery was very responsive; which I appreciate. We used point to point for our wedding in Warrenton - 4 shuttles for guests and 1 party bus for our bridal party. They were great with planning and helping confirm details. On the day of, the party bus was great and timely. However, one of the 4 shuttles left the hotel at least 10 minutes (not positive on the exact time it left) before the agreed upon time, causing it to show up to the wedding venue with guests prior to the start time. This led to guests entering to vendors still setting up, the bar not open, etc. and guests potentially left behind as they weren't expecting the shuttles to leave for 10 more minutes. The other 3 shuttles were great and arrived timely and got everyone back to the hotels safely. read more

Rented a 14 passenger SUV limo for daughter's Sweet 16. Booking was EASY and the driver texted me the morning of the event to introduce himself and let is know he would text when he was on his way. I am so glad I decided to use this company after I found the great reviews here on yelp. Not only did they have the most reasonable price, but they also have the best employees! From the very beginning, I spoke with Mark, who was very patient and explained the pricing and all the details. Out of many rental companies in the area, this was by far the best choice. I first went with them for their reasonable price, but after Mark took the time to explain the best way to plan our trip I was very impressed. I was also originally told that the bus would not be able to make it to the front door of the property that my group of 15 was staying at (which was truly no bother for us having to walk a bit extra). But what a great surprise when our driver Sonny showed up right at the door! We has an amazing tour of a few breweries in the area and Sonny was even good enough to follow us around and take pictures of our large group. At the end of the evening he even allowed us an extra stop at Giant to pick up some extra items for our evening. Point to Point was the best throughout the whole process. They were really prompt on giving us a first quote and very responsive to all other inquiries I had going forward. They do their homework on all destinations and routes and ask all the right questions to ensure that your itinerary goes as planned. They also are very knowledgable about many of the local attractions and helped prevent our trip from being ruined. I had planned to take my family and friends out for some day-after activities at some local Virginia Wineries and I was ignorant to the fact that I should check with some of the local wineries if they could handle a party of our size. I assumed that at most of the larger wineries we could just pull up, find a spot on the lawn and just enjoy some wine. Luckily, Point to Point called me ahead of time and advised me to call and check. So I called, and as they had predicted, one of the wineries I had planned to visit said they could not accommodate my party. Luckily, I called another winery that was suggested by Point to Point and they were able to accommodate my party last minute and it actually ended up being nicer than our original intended place. We booked Point to Point for 2 occasions, After wedding shuttle bus for our guests and day-after activities. On both occasions they showed up promptly on time with a clean bus. Yesterday I Was a Part of bridal party where Point to Point Limo was reserved way in advance. The day became difficult due to unending rain. We all worked around a clock to make this day beautiful for the couple. As we wrap up things and preparations to leave for the Church there was no limo. As a matter a fact it took time to get in touch with the company to find out what is happening! We had a venue 1h away from Church. 14 people of the bridal crew. The whole day was completely delayed because of it. The stress on the whole party and especially the couple was impossible to hide anymore. We had to pack ourselves and drive on our own to the Church and because of the delay we end up being in a huge commute traffic. We end up being late over an hour. That whole incident delayed us and didn't allow us attend the cocktail hour and to have time for the bridal party to take pictures. The company can explain themselves that they refund the money but that's just not enough! They ruined the whole day. Church Guests were cold, hungry and tired. We as well were exhausted working in logistics. A good company would call the day before checks on location and prep themselves for the rout knowing the distance from point A to B. This company is incompetent and can't be trusted! Do not book them!!!! read more

Great experience with Point to Point. I called in advance to book a limo to take 6 people to FedEx field for a concert. I started by requesting a quote online and the team got back to me quickly- like within 20 minutes. They were cheaper than the other guys I tried and had better reviews too. We spoke on the phone to set up the details and they even did research for me into whether or not I would need to buy a separate parking pass (answer: yes). I love that they did that legwork for me and left me a message with the findings. So helpful. Day of, Sonny was a dream to work with, he was early and texted me in advance with his ETA. She explained all of the charges and fees well in advance, and the actual fee for the limo was also very fair! Our driver Mike was terrific :) He introduced himself to me, shook my hand and had a warm smile. Because this was Senior Prom he knew that all the parents would be concerned about their kids' safety especially with regards to partying etc. He assured each of the parents that he would keep an eye on everyone and report back to us throughout the night if there were any concerns. On Sunday I had a WONDERFUL experience with Point to Point Limousines. Bottom line up front- This was the cheapest limo rental company I could find, has the best reviews, and provided impeccable, over the top service all around. I was in charge of planning a friend's bachelorette party/wine tour on Sunday for a group of 6, so we thought it would be fun to rent a limo and go to a few vineyards for a full day. All of the limo companies I looked up were pretty pricey for our small group, but I found Point to Point on Yelp and called the company to get details. For a 12 person limo for 6 hours, the total cost totaled $504 (which included everything- tax, service fee, gas, and 10% gratuity towards the driver). This was definitely the best deal I was able to find. Additionally, this is one of the only limo companies that allowed us to eat/drink inside the limo. I spoke with Mark every time I called the company and he was great. He suggested ideas for lunch on our tour, wineries, meetup times, and helped us set up the itinerary so that we weren't spending too much time at one place. He was really knowledgeable about wineries in the area as well as ideas for the day itself. The big day went off without a hitch. Our limo driver, Patrick, showed up about 15 minutes early, bright and cheery, and ready to go. He was such a sweetheart and we had so much fun with him as our driver! He helped us load up the car, provided paper towels when we knocked over a glass of champagne into someone's purse, suggested different wines at the wineries, had our WHOLE lunch unloaded from the car and ready for us to eat at one of the wineries, and was silly and fun on the ride...he was just amazing and everyone loved him. Patrick called ahead to all of the wineries and helped alter the itinerary as needed. I really appreciated that he told us when we would need to leave the last winery in order to meet our projected arrival time. The limo was GORGEOUS. It was new, classy, shiny and everything a limo in the movies looks like. It was perfect. I need to mention that the limo itself came stocked with helpful supplies- two big ice filled oval "buckets" which we used to keep the fruit and orange juice cold, a champagne or wine bucket, champagne glasses, wine glasses, and little bottles of water. Don't be surprised if the price changes even after you have paid your deposit! We took a 26-person limo bus from Arlington to Harper's Ferry to go tubing this past Saturday (7/6/2013) and the trip was a huge success! The bus showed up on time at 10:00AM, the driver was professional and down-to-earth and made sure we were safe, but had fun. Having the bus for a trip like this makes all the difference in the world. We were supposed to be back in Arlington by 4:30PM, but decided to spend two extra hours out on the water and did not get back until 6:30PM. It was no problem and we just paid for the extra time at the hourly rate, which our driver was able to figure out quickly using the rate chart he had handy. A particular advantage for using Point to Point was that the driver had made this trip to Harper's Ferry before and knew exactly where to pick us up from in the woods so we didn't have to wait for the tubing ferry to bring us back to the parking lot. We were able to jump right onto the bus after getting off the river, which saved us time and was extremely convenient!
