Outstanding Attic Work by MNH Services - Highly Recommended! I recently had my attic insulation and mold removal done by Avi and his team at MNH Services, and I couldn't be happier with the results. After researching and comparing over six different companies, I found that Avi's team provided the best combination of quality, expertise, and pricing. 1 Top-Quality Insulation with Owens Corning Pink AttiCat - Avi's team uses high-quality insulation from Owens Corning Pink AttiCat, ensuring excellent energy efficiency and coverage. They handled the installation professionally and efficiently. 2 Superior Mold Removal Method - MX-Based Solution with Fan - Unlike many other companies that use bleach-based solutions, which can damage wood fibers and don't work well on porous surfaces, Avi's team uses an MX-based mold removal method. This approach: Effectively eliminates mold spores instead of just whitening the surface. Penetrates porous surfaces like attic wood and insulation. Is non-corrosive and safer for indoor use. Prevents long-term mold regrowth. This method, combined with proper fan ventilation, is by far the best solution I found after extensive research. 3 Transparent Work with Photo Documentation - Avi provided thorough photo documentation of every step of the process and was incredibly patient in explaining all the details. He even invited me into the attic to personally walk me through the work and answer any questions I had. 4 Timely Communication & Punctual Team - Avi's communication was always prompt and clear. His team arrived on time every day as scheduled, and he provided daily updates on work progress and projected timelines. This level of professionalism gave me confidence in the process and ensured there were no surprises. 5 Competitive Pricing - After comparing quotes from six+ companies, I found that Avi's pricing was very competitive, offering great value for the level of service and high-quality materials used. Overall, if you're looking for top-notch attic insulation and mold remediation, I highly recommend MNH Services. Their professionalism, attention to detail, and commitment to using the best products and methods truly set them apart. 5/5 - Would absolutely hire them again! read more

I cannot recommend M & H Roofing Services highly enough. Their professionalism, prompt responsiveness over phone and texts, and exceptional commitment to their work truly set them apart. I was in urgent need of repairs due to water pouring through the roof/skylights onto expensive Brazilian Cherry hardwoods. Despite challenging weather conditions, they rose to the occasion and completed the project within a few days. Avi, who I believe is one of the owners, showcased an unparalleled level of dedication. Upon my initial contact, he arrived promptly, even in the rain and darkness of night. He conducted a thorough assessment of the damage by climbing onto the roof and provided a comprehensive video detailing the extent of the problem. His expert opinion on the repairs needed was invaluable. What struck me most was his unwavering commitment to his word. Despite the adverse conditions, he assured me he would be there, and indeed, he was. Not only did Avi promptly tarp the damaged area to prevent further leaks, but the project began the very next day. Despite discovering additional repairs were necessary, they efficiently completed the job within two days. Their cost estimate was fair and detailed, ensuring no compromise on the quality of materials used. Additionally, the 2-year warranty provided at no extra cost instilled confidence in their work. Moreover, I appreciated that M & H Roofing Services is licensed, bonded, and insured--a testament to their credibility and professionalism. As a property manager frequently dealing with roof, skylight, and leak repairs, M & H Roofing will undoubtedly be my first call for any future needs in this domain. In a service industry where reliability and quality often vary, M & H Roofing Services exceeded my expectations. Their dedication to their craft, transparent communication, and commitment to quality make them a standout choice for anyone seeking roofing services. I wholeheartedly endorse M & H Roofing Services for their exceptional workmanship and reliability. This review encapsulates the thoroughness, dedication, and reliability of M & H Roofing Services, highlighting their commitment to quality work and customer satisfaction. read more

Recently finished a big project with Yanai at M&H. Let me start this with, I am very particular...This company is one of the most straight forward, honest, and affordable companies there is. At every turn I knew what to expect and when it would be finished. communication with Yanai was great start to finish. After my house and shop were completed, I added a large section to my shop. They blended the 2 Roofs together without any lumps or or ridges so you can't tell it was done after the fact. I had a few things that needed to be done at the end of the project and Yanai was easy to negotiate the terms since they weren't included originally. Clean up as well as cleanliness daily during the whole process was great. I highly recommend this company to anyone that doesn't want to be overcharged or deceived for one of most important parts of your home. Your Roof! Scott Anderson Monroe Wa. read more

M&H did an amazing job on our roof! After discovering we had a leak around our chimney that had been causing damage to the roof and framing for an extended period of time we started the dreaded process of finding a company to install a new roof AND replace the rotted framing all around the chimney. Bradley came out and not only crawled around in our cramped crawl space of an attic to do a thorough inspection but also went up on the roof, in the SNOW, so he could give us an accurate assessment and bid. The bid from M&H was much less than their competitors and so much more reasonable. They did an amazing job and we are so happy with our beautiful new roof. Bradley did an excellent job of answering all of our questions and at keeping us informed every step of the way throughout the process. I highly recommend them! They made the whole experience so much smoother than we feared. read more

Yanai and his crew fixed part of our roof that was leaking due to heavy rain in 20th of December. They did a good job investigating and finding the underlying issue and gave us two solutions for short term and long term. we decided to go on the long term solution and replace the whole 250 sqf, they charged us for 1,420$ that in my opinion was the best price that we could get for that type of job. Yanai was very professional and clearly an expert. He carefully completed the task and even came back after a rainy day to check and ran a water test to ensure to further leaking is happening. He also gave us (as part of the contract) 3 years warranty on the job. I highly recommend this company. we Also considering a full roof replacement project next year, and we will go with that company again for 100%! read more

MNH ROOFING did a great job for us last week, a roof repair necessitated by water dripping through our kitchen pipe vent during the last heavy rains before summer. Yanai and his crew responded right away with a thorough assessment of the problem, the roof repair was accomplished within 7 hours. At the time we were impressed by the great customer service, the good communication throughout the process, and the quickness of the response to identify the problem and make the repair in addition the whole repair cost us 1,300$ that I believe it's amazing price for that type of job. We waited until this fall to write the review because we wanted to ensure that the repair had successfully stopped the leak. We are happy to report that we haven't had a leak for that area after water test. Thank you Yanai! read more

Our roof had a leak on last Wednesday from the toilet vent, (actually its the first time that something like that happend to us) we did small research and understood that it probably because our pipe is pretty old... we called MNH Roofing, their guy named Yanai came really fast, claimed on the roof , took some pictures to show us and then wrote us an estimate , the price was cheaper then we thought. He installed a tarp on the leaking spot to make sure that the damage won't spread and came day after with his crew to repair the roof. They finished the whole job within 4 hours (maybe 3 hours) I really enjoyed seeing them working very professionally. After they done they made sure that everything is clean as it was before. I will attach a photo of the roof after they finished the job read more

I would highly recommend MNH Roofing. I had a roof leak in an upstairs bathroom through an exhaust fan vent. We approached a few services on Yelp - MNH was the first to respond and Avi from their team was first to visit and take a look. He gave me a professional assessment and the most competitive estimate and was patient with all my questions. They were on site the next morning and got the job done. To make things better, while the team was in the roof they checked other vents for leaks and sure enough they found another one and sent me pictures so I could approve the fix. All in all, they got the job done, explained their warranty and left me feeling comfortable through out the process. I'd definitely call on them again. read more

M and H Roofing did a great job fixing the leak from our roof. Four other companies had misdiagnosed our problem; Yonnai from M and H arrived and figured out it was a problem with flashing and rotting wood in a discrete area of the roof around the skylight. They came fast, they figured out the problem immediately, and they fixed it two days later. As I say, we had struggled with this leak for months before that. The pricing was OK, Yonnai's know-how was great, Mona was terrific on the phone with customer service, and if I ever have any other leak problems elsewhere above the house, I would go to M & H first... read more

I texted Yanai about needing a skylight replacement. He sent me an estimate with 15 minutes and was able to come in the next day to replace the skylight. Was super responsive, friendly and knowledgeable. We talked about need for eventual roof replacement (current roof is almost 16 years old and we feels that we will need to replace him in the next couple of mounths ) and what to look out for in the meantime to keep it clean and maintained, he also explained me the reasons why cleaning the roof with water pressure can make more damage to the roof . I would use him the future for other roofing needs for sure! read more

I had my roof replaced last summer after we decided that we wants to have metal roof. MNH Roofing were on schedule, and their work seemed solid. The reason I'm leaving a review so far after the fact is that I recently (in a bout of idiocy) put a hole in my new roof - don't ask me ho( that's a long story). I called MNH Roofing to ask about a repair, and they sent someone right away to fix it, no charge. This is the kind of customer service that, in my opinion, is truly deserving of a five star review. I definitely recommend their service, of course that after couple of months the roof looks amazing. read more

During my free evaluation, MNH found 2 severe leaks in my roof. While tearing one out, they also found termites. They repaired all the damage and sealed the leak against future issues. They also removed moss and did a moss protection spray. Due to the urgency of this issue with all the rain we've been getting, they completed all of this work the same day! Pricing was good for the work done, and I could not be happier. They extended the life of my roof for several years. I will be using this company again when it is time for the replacement of my whole roof. Thank you! read more

Just had roof leak recently during the rain season... Was trying to fix it asap. Contacted a few contractors the second day for estimate. No surprise some were trying to rip off, proposing to replace the whole section of the roof ... Avi came up and immediately assured this should be an easy and small fix. The following day the contractors came over and the roof is not leaking again. Plus two year warranty, really peace of mind. still need to wait to confirm the quality. But the whole process was smooth and Avi is trustworthy. read more

They were quick and efficient, and we couldn't be happier with the work they did. They truly went above and beyond to ensure our leak was taken care of. They also took extra time to make sure our older roof would pass inspection. Bradley was awesome! He came out the day after I spoke with him, and had a quote sent within a few minutes of visiting my home. He was thorough and communicative, and they really care about their customers! Will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know who needs a roof repair or replacement! read more

My roof had a small leak that needed fixing. Yanai came out quickly and we got an appointment set up for the next day. The crew's arrived and got the repair done quickly, and also took care of two other areas on the roof that were becoming a problem but hadn't leaked yet. I had other companies come out to bid it as well, but I felt most comfortable with Yanai and his crew. The bids were all very similar, but the service and additional things Yanai explained and included made going with them an easy decision read more

M & H Roofing - particularly Avi - were incredible. After month of losing shingles periodically we made a few calls to various roofers to explore replacement. Avi came out same day - ON A SUNDAY! He did not try to upsell us, and instead let us know that we did not need a full replacement. The team was hard at work the very next day to repair various areas around our vents. He was communicative throughout the process. When we need a new roof in 6-7 years, he will be the one we call! read more

I noticed some mold on my over hang that was caused by water getting under the roofing. MNH came out and looked at it and knew just how to fix it. They came out the next day and repaired the damage. They were fast and cleaned up everything. They were also different then the other roofers who came out in the fast the did not say I needed a whole new roof like the others did. I will call them again if I am ever in need of work. GREAT JOB ! read more

I had a leak in my roof just before Christmas Eve and they came out asap to give a quote and then provided quality service with low interference with our lives. They got it done before Christmas. I worked with Yanai who was patient and respectful and gave us a good rate. I highly recommend this business. Hey and if you don't get good service for whatever reason it's clear Yanai wants what's best for the customer. Cheers! read more
