Giovanni is amazing! I found out about his company randomly after searching for quotes and his…read morecompany was one of the ones my quotes automatically sent to. Giovanni was responsive, reliable, honest and fair. He was very transparent about his pricing. He came on-site to give me an estimate and started working on some of the smaller handyman jobs such as adding my cabinet and drawer handle pulls, swapping out my master bathroom shower head for a shower head with a wand. He also hung four paintings/artwork for me. He even repaired one of my drawers that were installed incorrectly. I didn't even know it but it was greatly appreciated. I plan to get more work done under him. Awaiting his quote for the bigger jobs such as living room TV wall, adding stone ledgers in my master bathroom windows, recessed lighting, landscaping and a paint job. He cleaned up after he was done and he even apologized for not having his own handheld vacuum cleaner to get a precise cleaning job after his work was completed. Can't wait to work with him again and see what he comes up with for designing my living room TV wall and master bathroom. He has stellar reviews on Google which was what made me book him. He just expanded his business marketing to include Yelp which is why there are a lack of reviews here. But his work is quality and legit.

Unsure of who to call and how long it would take, I went on Yelp and Giovanni responded to my inquiry. After careful research, I decided to give him a try and he showed up the same day. He diagnosed the issue, determined the supply line that needed replacement and went straight to work. He cleaned the interior to ensure no mold would form, removed the wet drywall that I missed, replaced it, and painted & finished. By the end of the evening, my wall was as good as new. I also researched pricing with my co-workers beforehand (who were in the construction industry and certified in Xactimate) and he was right within the ballpark on pricing for labor and material. I would definitely call him again for any handiwork needed as I felt comfortable from beginning to end.

I am very pleased with the work done by Marcos Guerra's crew at Magic Painting. They painted the…read moreinterior of my home very well, and I would not hesitate to hire them again. Initially, I was unsure about hiring Magic Painting because they are a smaller business and did not have any reviews on Angie's List or Yelp. However, I still decided to hire this company after verifying their insurance, reading reviews on another site, and receiving a very competitive bid. The scope of work included repainting 90% of the interior walls, texturing & painting an unfinished closet, retexturing bad patch jobs, caulking around windows and trim, spray painting speaker grills, and touching up trim. One room was two colors (horizontal split) and there were also several other areas where different colors would meet. The lines between these areas were crisp and straight. Magic Painting performed quality work. After they were done painting, I was asked to go throughout the house and identify areas I would like touched up further. I was nit-picky in my inspection, but Marcos was very polite when I found many areas for touch up and completed the work to my satisfaction.
