Was told by the employee I could bring it back with the receipt and receive a full return. 24 hours later I brought it back with the recipe and was told no refund because of a close out. I wouldn't have purchased it in the first place had I known that. The item was only $10.49, not a lot of money, it's the principal, no apology, have a good morning, very unprofessional. Last time for me. Beware, I gave the item back to the clerk, now they can sell it to some else.

When I got there on Monday morning, she said we're not going to honor it. Do you have a receipt. You don't need a receipt it's like snap on and craftsman. Besides, who keeps a receipt from years ago, for a set of Allen head sockets. I grew up in Howard city, and I remember when Manson's was downtown and they were a great place to go before they moved into the old Olsen knife building where they are now. I would drive 100 miles to buy something somewhere else to avoid going to this place I would never ever buy another thing from them. Avoid them at all cost.

Before we moved to our place in Newaygo full-time, we had it as a vacation home, so I would buy something at Gemmen's Ace in Hudsonville that I hoped would work. If it didn't, I'd return it to Cronk's. There doesn't seem to be much of a small-town upcharge, and I like to support a local business rather than drive to a box store on Alpine. It's a good value for the time I save.
