They prescribe a monthly/annual fertilizer and weeding program, and whether you get results or not, they don't assume any responsibility. I called to complain the other day and told them my lawn looks terrible, despite how much I am paying. The representative told me he'd have one of his knowledgeable workers contact me, to make an appointment and come and see what's happening. I asked him why they weren't more proactive, and let me know that whatever they're doing isn't working. Not their job, and he told me that unfortunately not all of the workers are qualified to diagnose and treat problems. Nice guy showed up today--no call or appointment--and said he recommended changing the sprinkler system and/or digging up the grass and replacing the soil. He said it was probably one of those things or the hear. Nothing definitive. I don't know what I've been paying for. Its not their services, of course, that's the issue. Must be something I'm doing, despite them never flagging this. Weeds, dry patches, yellow. Nice people, but terrible results and no accountability. I'm looking for a new service provider. I wouldn't use them.
