I asked him why they weren't more proactive, and let me know that whatever they're doing isn't working. Not their job, and he told me that unfortunately not all of the workers are qualified to diagnose and treat problems. Nice guy showed up today--no call or appointment--and said he recommended changing the sprinkler system and/or digging up the grass and replacing the soil. He said it was probably one of those things or the hear. Nothing definitive. I don't know what I've been paying for. Its not their services, of course, that's the issue. Must be something I'm doing, despite them never flagging this. Weeds, dry patches, yellow. Nice people, but terrible results and no accountability. I'm looking for a new service provider. I wouldn't use them.

Since that time I have not found a competent and truly professional landscaper to spend it on. I first made contact with BC PRO on February 24th, sent photo's, gave a description of what I wanted, and even hosted an appointment to get an estimate. Their website offered design ideas but they could not give me any due to having no design person on staff. On March 6th I got an estimate but it was sloppy and did not contain all the things I asked for so I asked for a new one. In the mean time I hired a different company to do some of the removal work I was asking them to include in the original work order. Very sloppy, very unprofessional response by them - they didn't care that they were delaying my work needs. By March 13th they still had not provided an accurate estimate and when I inquired about it, the company representative (Judy) became quite disrespectful. So much so that I cancelled my interest in their not so "professional" services. Sadly, she didn't even know what a "paver" was until I described it to her. Recommendation is to avoid these folks. They will waste your time, cannot do truly professional landscaping, know anything about patios beyond pouring concrete and pitching a few slabs of flagstone on top, and will push things you don't want on you. They may have been pretty good in the past but they have rolled very far downhill for 2021.

The carpet had pet stains and pet odor, and I honestly wasn't sure how well it could be brought back. When they were finished, I couldn't even tell where the stains had been -- and the pet odor was completely gone. The carpet looked amazing! They also cleaned a rug for me, and once again, I was blown away. It came back looking like new. What really impressed me was learning how long FiberCare has been serving El Paso, 30 years; and seeing the equipment and process they use. This isn't someone simply running a little wand over your carpet. Their equipment does a serious deep cleaning, and you can see the difference in the finished product. The machine they use to clean has huge brushes and sucks all the gross dirty water out. I hate the wand cleaners I feel like the carpets have just been made wet without sucking at the dirty water.  Beyond the results, I found them to be honest, ethical, knowledgeable, and genuinely proud of the work they do. After seeing firsthand what they were able to do with pet stains, pet odor, carpet, and my rug, I would absolutely recommend FiberCare. It's wonderful to find a longtime local El Paso business that still takes this much pride in doing the job right. Five stars from me!
