In November 2020 I took out $16,000.00 of my home equity to remodel my landscape (or remodel some interior spaces). Since that time I have not found a competent and truly professional landscaper to spend it on. I first made contact with BC PRO on February 24th, sent photo's, gave a description of what I wanted, and even hosted an appointment to get an estimate. Their website offered design ideas but they could not give me any due to having no design person on staff. On March 6th I got an estimate but it was sloppy and did not contain all the things I asked for so I asked for a new one. In the mean time I hired a different company to do some of the removal work I was asking them to include in the original work order. Very sloppy, very unprofessional response by them - they didn't care that they were delaying my work needs. By March 13th they still had not provided an accurate estimate and when I inquired about it, the company representative (Judy) became quite disrespectful. So much so that I cancelled my interest in their not so "professional" services. Sadly, she didn't even know what a "paver" was until I described it to her. Recommendation is to avoid these folks. They will waste your time, cannot do truly professional landscaping, know anything about patios beyond pouring concrete and pitching a few slabs of flagstone on top, and will push things you don't want on you. They may have been pretty good in the past but they have rolled very far downhill for 2021. read more

Having just moved back to El Paso, I bought a home that had *zero* landscaping in the backyard. Basically I had a mud pit every time it rained. I asked some of my neighbors for recommendations and the best one was about BC PRO. So I did some research about them and found that they're rated in the Top 10 Landscapers for El Paso. I called them and set an appointment for them to come and assess what I wanted. Now, I have to say that I thought I had some pretty good ideas, but after talking to Rob (the owner) he put mine to shame. The pool was finished two weeks later by another company, and work began on the landscaping. 4 days later I had the hard you see in the pictures. They installed a complete irrigation system, flagstone flower beds which they tailored to our want of a vegetable garden area, planted all of the trees you see, and enlarged the French Drain you see in the middle of the real Bermuda grass. It's absolutely beautiful, and their prices were lower than any other company we got an estimate from. Without a doubt, I can wholeheartedly recommend BC PRO Landscaping. read more

BC pro is a life saver! We used a different contractor who continuously gave me the runaround. I had to hire BC pro to fix their mess and they even gave us suggestions and made our backyard into some thing we LOVE to walk into. We are constantly in the backyard now, we love it! read more
