Dan is a creative, caring, and communicative business owner. His team, led by Seth, was an absolute pleasure to work with - they did a truly fantastic job and were so nice and helpful throughout. After they were done, we had a small issue with drainage (because right after they laid down the patio, there were torrential downpours for days, not allowing our pavers to settle). I'm not kidding when I say within five minutes of emailing Dan on a Friday evening to let him know, he called us to say he and Seth were coming over right away to take a look. Because of continued bad weather, they had to come back a few times over the next few weeks to make sure everything was good. Yes, they made our patio a little slice of heaven, but we were actually the most impressed with their post-project attentiveness and customer-focused desire to make everything right. It's a hybrid between a mandarin orange and a kumquat (smells amazing but actually quite sour). It's now flowering on the balcony of our apartment. Great prices on mulch. GREAT JOB 309 mulch yard!!!! Followup comment. After the mulch delivery, my local landscaper looked at it and said to me "That's not 10 yards that they delivered. It's less" I called Rodney, who said, "Spread the mulch and see, then if there's a problem, call me back." We spread the mulch and IT WAS EXACTLY THE 10 YARDS Rodney had said. My landscaper was wrong. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE FOR MULCH. THIS PLACE IS FANTASTIC!
