I wish I could give 0 stars HD paving customer service is horrible. Orlando and his nephew are rude, will use foul language and will yell at you on your own property. Poor work quality, left job faulty and not finished but in the same time requesting more and more money. My patio is left unfinished and the driveway is all bumpy and uneven. Patio and blacktop not finished and done faulty still. DO NO HIRE THEM TO DO ANY WORK ON YOUR PROPERTY BECAUSE YOU WILL REGRET IT. PLEASE READ THEIR REVIEWS. The just provided me with a beautiful driveway. Very professional service. I didn't get to watch them work, but my neighbors did and they were very impressed with their workmanship. They said they worked very hard all day long. I just know that the work was done precisely to the schedule that was provided. Oh, and they did something that I forgot to ask them to do. I had hoped to make this a positive review. They asked me to write a review. Instead they did a good job with the ramp but thenleft tar on my white outside door that must have flown up when they were paying the ramp, they left a piece of wood about 3, 4 iinches high, 3 feet long on my neighbors yard that abuts the ramp and it is stuck there because ot is attached to tar. They told me they would do patching. The contract stated about 36 sq feet. The workmen told me that they were to do all the patching in the driveway. They did one pothole decently and one patch on the driveway that was very poorly done. I unfortunately gave them a full check rather then hold back monies until they came and did the clean up work. Work done on July 15, In reply to my email and pics of the problems they left behind they assured me they would come back "wednesday, thursday, or friday. Well its friday 6:30 pm and they were no show. (A member of the company came over on the 16th showed her the problems and she too assured me they would fix them, At that point I handed her the check for full amount. I thght of not doing it in full but she seemed sincere. That will teach me) I have other work that will need to be done at some point. The one thing I know for sure. H and D will not be getting that work. Once they got the check, the professioinalism and honesty (re fixing the issues that they promised owuld be done by today) went out the window (update it isnow Tuesday and they still have not come to clean up what they left. HD paving customer service is horrible. They damaged my capping around both my garages. Called in to Orlando the so called president of company. He said what do you want me to do!? We have big equipment. It happens. I told him I want it repaired. He insisted using his so calling company he uses. I told him I wanted my contractor to repair the damage. He stated that who will pay for that and his insurance would not approve for that. Wrong !! I told him I don't know your contractor I will be using mine. He hung up on me. Orlando was very rude no customer service what so ever. I live in a community where once a contractor comes into word gets out if they are good or not and business will go to that company if it is good. I would never use this company and will not recommend them to anyone. Not even to fill a pothole. read more

Hd paving paved my neighbors parking area last week... today I go out to see the work they did it looked so good I took a picture of the sign so when I pave my lot I remember to call them for an estimate! I turn to walk back in the house and find that they hit the spare tire on the back of my Honda CR-V. Yellow paint all over the rim. Called the owner he told me he would come by to see for himself but to text him the address. So I did and told him in text we could work this out. This is an old crv the spare was scratched but it is a spare (it's covered by the tire cover) the bracket that holds the spare was a little bent...probably 30 and the junk yard. But what really was upsetting is they destroyed the tire cover (I just bought)and took it and didn't say something. So I removed the tire and the bracket wasn't bent that bad and still was usable. So I sent him the link for the 18.99 cover(on Amazon)and said don't worry about the bracket it's hard to find and a bit pricy. So we are down to just the 18.99 cover and that would make things right... surprisingly a few days later he came by as he said he would and not only did he pay for the tire cover he covered the cost of a new bracket too! He could have blew me off and not come by but I would say these guys are the best and I would do business with people like this anytime! My review is based on the work that was just finished. Chose HD Paving for replacing our driveway that after 20+ years was beyond the reach of patching and resurfacing. They were able to pull up the old driveway materials and put down layer of stone and then asphalt all in one day. They left the area very clean considering the number of people that were here all day and the amount of equipment. Very happy with the work that was done. read more

They are the worst company do not waste your money as you will have to redo your driveway the company will send out guys just to do a job where they can take your money and run they are rude as he'll they have no clue what they are doing the contractors they use are not even guys who know what they have to do I wish there was half a star read more

I would not recommend. I went to hire them but asked for a revised quote(needed more details) because I seen reviews online where they tried to charge customers more $ because the quote did not specify certain services but was verbally agreed to. It;s been a week and no revised quote. I called and emailed a few times with no success. I guess this was a smart move on my part as if this scared them away then something fishy was going to happen. This was also a $10K+ job. Due to this I would do your research before moving forward. This was a waste of my time. read more

Terrible experience! They extended and paved our driveway and within a few months potholes started forming and the asphalt started breaking apart. They didn't dig as deep as their contract stated and used the wrong gravel which in turn started to create potholes. After contacting them several times to come out and fix the issue being that we were still in their one year warranty they kept saying they would come look at it and never did. We called several times and they ignored the calls or would say they would come out. Do not use this business! Terrible customer service and they do not properly complete jobs or honor warranty. This is probably the worst driveway re-pavers in the area. Had work done a year ago and driveway is starting to show wear. Poor customer service by its owner. Not crowned correct so I get puddles of water when it rains. Would never recommend this business! read more
