The property had a million and one issues, including; a glass door broken by a storm that wasn't fixed for six months, non existent yard maintenance so she couldn't park her car by the front door or let her dog out with the prickers in the unmowed lawn, an electrical issue in the kitchen which blew out the light bulbs constantly, and having our move-in delayed three days because the previous tenants didn't move out. So who was stuck with the extra truck fee and moved into a gross uncleaned house? Weeeee diiiiid. They also did walk throughs for one middle aged woman and her pug twice in a year. Only to be told of needed repairs which they neglected. To top it off, upon move-out they decided to deduct from the deposit for "items" left in the yard. The items included a trash can that was put out for pickup and the crap that the previous tenants left. Further, they didn't even mail that reduced deposit refund until 8 days after it was due. Steer clear, there are plenty of better agencies in town.

I moved here from Hawaii, so I really relied heavily on the realtor. The day of the closing was move-in day. Everybody knew that. When I went to my new house, they were still in, and hadn't moved out. I was so angry. So many things were wrong with the house, it took me a month to straighten everything out. It was just a lot of moronic things that a normal person wouldn't tolerate. I'm sorry, but Steve didn't pay attention at all.
